The client works great! Thank you!
I will have such a smile on my face whenever a successful relaunch occurs for this coin. Sync has a special place in my crypto world. lol

Lets get SYNC to a great place in 2018! I have really no reason to sell this coin. I have held it for over 3 years and have bought the absolute top and the absolute bottom. Crypto is full of crazy success stories and there is absolutely no reason why SYNC can't have one in the coming year!

I hold 10 sync now. A few of them I bought at the height when they were worth 1.8 btc each. lol! Would love to see that again!

So the dev's SYNC was stolen and game over? Is that so simple? smokin35 still active on twitter. No trade on SYNC now, so why someone still say it worth 0.2 - 0.4 BTC? And I am very curious why you guys still talk about a death project. More than 500 pages already... Just really curious. Am I wrong or something?
Sync is on nova, although not really having any volume at the moment. Community longtime holders are just sharing insights with new possible takeover by a new investor. Smokin35 may or may not have any of his coins. The reality is that there were not many coins to begin with and even fewer now. If a project comes to fruition, the upside is very appealing. Like all things in crypto, its a gamble. For some of us who have been holding for a few years, whats the point of selling now when there is possible renewed interest around the corner?

interesting as you may have realized "SYNC" has the most ambiguous SEO ever, I would have never found that, but I didn't read all 500 pages of this thread either Big plans regardless, I don't have whatever shortcomings the "SYNC Foundation" had, my organizations have some funding I was wondering what kind of utility are you looking to apply to SYNC? The supply is low, so a burn/buyback that was outlined in the old tradebits program is not even necessary and a grey security area. Masternode would probably just be 1 SYNC, bot to say it could'nt work lol. I think a renewed coin with a working wallet and redesign, maybe a fork onto the eth or etc or ubq chain would garner a lot of interest, but are you looking to do something different too?

This could get interesting. Glad to hear you have your own plan in place because I wouldn't count on previous devs or foundations to help much. We have some people in this thread that have stayed optimistic through the years and we seem to be pretty level headed seeing a lot of promises over the years. Can't wait to learn more.

1blockologist:
You seem to have a good track record with Boolberry, kinda looks like you brought it back from the dead. Keep up the good work.
thank you not everyone agreed with how my work in the Boolberry project turned out so far and the original dev never helped me, but results are all that matters. Several people are still working on it now without my ongoing participation, and they see the direct path for its potential growth that I illuminated this project is quite a bit different in what I'm doing but it does need some things from the community (more people running the software as nodes) and some better software like lite clients first would like to thank everyone that helped get SYNC listed on Novaexchange, lets get on a couple more exchanges, and let the exchanges know I'm involved Can you say what the project is? That way you can motivate more people to run nodes , Although I do not know if you need nodes for this wallet or for a new wallet? Not yet but I had a question, is there a way to see how many coins are staking? Would it be correct to say that even "lost" coins are still staking? One of the ways to find out how many coins are staking, is to look here : https://chainz.cryptoid.info/sync/#!rich or here https://chainz.cryptoid.info/sync/#!wallets . If you look where it says last change, it's the last time the wallet was staking. Though that doesn't mean all those wallets are missing. They can simply be offline or blocked Is there anything we can do to help you with this new project? If I release a new wallet, run it. If I make a new thread, continue it there. If the original dev comes back, encourage collaboration. I would def run a new wallet. A new thread would be huge and I will help add positive news wherever I can.

Im still liking the idea of a sync swap to reward the long term holders & to consolidate the supply to prove how many sync there actually are on the network. Just a thought.
Any idea how to do it? We need some developer that interests you.. Nah no idea haha I've seen it done multiple times, I'm just an investor no coding skills. Need a proper Dev for SYNC. Not sure what 1blockologist has in mind as far as development is concerned, or is SYNC going to be left as it is - a token to represent value... Alright, I think I got my buying position filled Cool. Someone bought at .13 was that you? Now that you have secured your position what do you see for SYNC? Should we create at least a telegram to talk about it for holders and to develop? People had stacked a few sizeable asks between .05 and .13 and it was satisfactory for the total SYNC I wanted and price. YOINK! SYNC is going to be worth $250,000 per coin when I'm done You make me a millionaire I won't complain. lol. It seems we have some regulars who have been with Sync since the beginning so forgive us if we get excited.

Thank you to whoever sold on Novaexchange at .05 btc/each. It was just a partial fill for me, around half a bitcoin Doesn't seem to be any buyers above my order so I think that negates any imagination about the market value of SYNC right now ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) if you want some bitcoin I'm on Novaexchange i have sold a few into your buys. Still holding some in case anything comes of it.

I would make you a bootstrap however I'm currently away from my PC.
Thanks! I have now added the nodes. One issue I seem to have is the wallet frequently not responding and freezing up. Anyone else have that problem?
I have a wallet that is taking forever to get up to date. Even downloading the bootstrap from cryptochainer it is still taking forever. Is there a hosted bootstrap that is current?
No I don't think it has been discussed yet. Would be a great way to add exposure.
then make a counter ask
Actually, even 0.1BTC seems cheap right now considering the fact that all those inactive wallets could probably be gone. In that case the total supply is reduced drastically which will increase the price of SYNC even more. But I think I will agree to sell my SYNC at 0.3BTC each ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) How about .2BTC , I'll buy 10 SYNC for .2BTC/ea. 7 SYNC for .3BTC/ea. BIDSQUANTITY | CURRENCY | BID | CURRENCY | 07 | SYNC | .30 | BTC | 10 | SYNC | .20 | BTC | 50 | SYNC | .05 | BTC | ASKSQUANTITY | CURRENCY | BID | CURRENCY | ? | SYNC | .30 | BTC | ? | SYNC | .50 | BTC |
If you give me a steeper discount, I'll go ahead and pay for the rest of the votes at Novaexchange. Makes sense that there may be less than half of the supply left when looking at the wallets. I can part with 3 Sync for .3 each.
I wonder how many Sync are actually in circulation after accounting for those who have abandoned or lost their wallets?
Looks like the chain is syncing up. Should have a block explorer soon. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/sync/#Looks like novaexchange will be soon as long as we keep voting. Its a shame that tradebits never launched. The concept is sound as we see from GAM and recently APX. I can't think of a concept other than a rare store of value. Unless we can get someone who devs and cleans up this wallet and then we can think of a new use case for it.
I donated to the explorer as well. Everyone continue to vote daily at novaexchange and Sync will be on there soon!
Votes are adding up nicely! Who would like to go in 3rds for the explorer? 33$ seems doable and it will help greatly get Sync back into legitimacy.
SYNC is now available for voting at https://novaexchange.com/addcoin/!!!
You have 1 free vote daily + you can buy votes with NPOINTs
Let's get SYNC back to exchanges again! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Thanks for the heads up! I voted and will check in each day.

I see 4 connections when staking. I bet the only 4 are people are somewhere in this thread. Anyone have any ideas or interest to get something going again? I would think a block explorer, and getting it on an exchange like yobit or cryptopia could prove beneficial. Not sure about a use case anymore. Seems like the only thing Sync has is its rarity.
