I made a withdrawal order from Cryptsy about 2 weeks ago, but the transfer has not been completed yet. A friend of mine took his RDD coins immediately when he made his withdraw order and I am still waiting for 2 weeks without a result. I can't understand why other users get their coins, and I get nothing. I wrote to support,but they do not correspond. Sad

I decided to log in cryptsy and get all the coins and I received message that my account is locked because my last activity was before six months. I decided to write a message to your support to unlock my account and their reply was that i need to answer some security questions, which i don’t remember to fill them or if i have filled them they will be filled with some false information, because i have never used such functionality in my entire life and I am not used to it. I have send another message to the support but they did not answer me. I have coins in my account which i want to get. Please help.

I contacted my bank and they ordered an investigation. I had a response saying the funds had been deposited 8 day ago, but I have not received my deposit in my BTC-e account yet  Huh
If anyone else had a similar problem, let me share how things have evolved.

I made a bank transfer (about $ 7000) 11 days ago in BTC-E, but money is not there yet in my account. I sent all necessary documents - ID, bank notes, SWIFT copy and more.Contacted my bank and they ordered an investigation. I had a response saying the funds had been deposited 8 day ago.
