It's about the fact that there's probably about 20+ other threads just like yours requesting the same thing - hiring people offering money IF the project works out. Not to be rude, but If a programmer can do 85% of the work themselves, why do they need you, honestly? hahah agree 100%! I saw so many people like him, trying to create a team to do the whole job (without being paid) and at the end have a share on business  I'm looking for a team to create facebook competitor  *cough cough* |

I will compensate everyone who actively participates  Your "will" in future can change. It's at stage 0 which means there is no website My guess is that there will be 2 managers, 3 web developers, 3 web designers and then the 10 article writers. Look like somebody want to build a team for free and also PR for free. Better to lock the topic and come back when you are able to pay. Well I can't pay people like you who do nothing It's because your response could be understood in multiple ways. Do you have funds right now to pay people, or is your payment on the idea that the site will actually produce revenue and then you would pay your staff later? Bingo! I want you all to be part of the project ! No offense, but I highly doubt you're going to be able to find *quality* developers who are willing to work for nothing on the *off* chance this may work out. Also, most developers have plenty of offers for projects like this all the time. If you're able to gather some funding, you'll have a better shot. Well I can't pay people like you who do nothing You still dodged the question of paying. Put the money in escrow and then talk about your job offers. No job offer come as "work for free." scheme. I am intelligent enough for not to fall for offer like this. Well you don't have to tell me what to do. Currently I need two managers to lead the development team and designer team. And I need around 10 article writers to work independently for the content And since it's an open environment everyone is welcome It means you have 12 openings for a gambling site and people can volunteer as well? You haven't revealed the website name maybe people will find it more comfortable to apply with a name.
