It is my first time I post here.

I need some advice and I hope I will find it here.
I want to deposit ETH and become a Donator.

I read that it is wiser to submit first a support ticket regarding this deposit.
I did yesterday. I received no answer.

Do you know if there is anyone who respond to the tickets and in how much time?

I also read that after I will make my payment and deposit the necessary ETH to become a Donator,
I should also send another support ticket to let you know about my deposit and change my status to Donator, correct?

How much time it will take for this to be done?
