Have been using this pool to mine a relatively new altcoin and coinminingpool.org nicely checks all the required aspects.  Easy to use, responsive UI. Never had any availability issues and updates all the parameters almost immediately. Earn while you mine is sweet. Get Oasis paid out while mining every hour. And yeah, I paid a noticably low commission when compared to competitors. If you are a newbie, coinminingpool is a nice place to start with.
