are you compiling it for windows ? .
if so why not just use the one all ready made for windows it's kind of hard doing it for windows .
Not sure what you mean by: Attempting to compile from source on Windows 10 x64. it better faster easier to compile on a lenux box of some kind then trying to do it in windows.
Yes, compiling for Windows. I want to enable/disable options that aren't in the pre-built. I've never had luck cross-compiling on Linux.

Is this really the firs anon crypto? (Just look at the picture on OP)
This isn't the first anon crypto, this is geared to be an introductory crypto to people who haven't used crypto-currency before or who want to help get beginners into the crypto realm, now with anon added.

POW?
You know, if you were in IRC, everything would be clear for you...

Dammit, mom...there are all ready too many anon coins. Why does anyone need anonymity anyways?
But where's the dev? It's been 7 minutes already since the original posting...

Is the altcoin a clone of a coin with a working Gitian setup?
No, it is not. I am attempting to introduce gitian into the coin.
|
|
|
Is there documentation on how to build an altcoin with gitian and/or how to adapt bitcoin's contrib/config files to use gitian with altcoins?

@Kruug how much Ram is on your dedicated Debian server/VPS could also be a problem with libboost try this: sudo apt-get install libboost1.53-all-dev
Let me know if the changes you made to git worked on your end.
Like I said, libboost is all up-to-date (even re-ran your command, nothing was updated). It was looking for the MinGW libraries, and every path for the qmake was Windows-based (references to C:\). If we're going to follow what other coins do, we should be making our GitHub repository line up with a *nix-based build, and not leaving Windows references in the source, unless they are commented to out for faster updated builds when the code is updated.

I'm having issues building the wallet from source. Building on Debian Jessie x64. http://paste.debian.net/100732/My libboost is up-to-date. Seems almost like it was coded for Ubuntu/Windows with no regard for other distributions.

the project becomes closed source so that no creeping eyes can exploit or change how we use the coin today
Why would one close-source the coin/wallet?

In that case, i activated Bitraise.me again. Lets get this coin up & running again!
Signed up to add my power to your pool, but still waiting on the confirmation e-mail.
When I start my miner, I get this error:

Sorted. I think we might do a total relaunch of Casinocoin as soon as all is well and adjusted. Should attract a lot of new people too. Than CSC is reborn again!
Is there someway that we can get the CSC subreddit unlocked?

Although the best thing for the coin would be to break this hold ASAP so we can get transactions flowing again.
Honestly, I would say that's the best right now. Get the faith back into the coin. It's going to take a lot of work to get the hold broken, so while we're breaking the chain, upgrade the wallet/fix the issue at the same time!

Gold:
It probably says that because GitHib forked it to mine when I changed the word in ReadMe. I'm not hosting the legit repo.
Casino:
Yeah, it's all the same qmake/make process and options, I just figure that, if this is someone's first coin especially, more documentation is better (as long as it's good and legit documentation).

Any documentation for the casinocoin source? or for the c++ code? Theres both as casinocoin is derived from litecoin/bitcoin and is written in c++ (well documentated) ill be in the irc later :-)
There is the lack of qmake/make instructions in the ReadMe to assist users building from source.

Hey guys, I'm not much of a coder, but this has been pretty interesting/educational to watch ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I was wondering, though, if there was any documentation needed or anything like that. I'm trying to get into OSS development, and I've read that documentation is one of the best ways to get in. Let me know! I also usually hang out on IRC a lot, so I'll be in #casinocoin on FreeNode.
