I've submitted my complaint to CasinoGuru. https://casinoguru-en.com/destinyx-casino-player-s-account-has-been-bannedSince i've used a VPN to play, they will probably win the case. That will not change the fact that they approved a withdrawal the day before after completing verification level 2. The next day I win big, they ask for verification level 3 which I complete. An hour later I get banned. So my account was fine the day before but now that I try to withdraw a substantial amount it's not? That's some shady practices that would never happen on Stake or Shuffle. I know because i've been playing on those sites for years. Oh, funny and a bit unfortunate that you missed to mention this little factoid of using VPN before. It might safe us all some time. Yes, they will win the case. Even if they can't prove the account being connected on this multi-acc allegation, you still violate the ToS when you use VPN, thus justifies their ban. They were hoping I wouldn't pass verification to have a good reason not to pay. Have you ever heard Stake not paying solely because someone used a VPN? Because they didn't know you use VPN before? And stake, maybe I have, maybe I have not. I can dig into their past cases if I have to, but I don't see why I needed that. The problem here is with this casino, not the others. You breached their ToS, of which you've agreed for its repercussion. After talking to support, it's clear that they are ok with users using a VPN as long as they are not from a restricted country which I proved by completing level 3 verification.  |

The reason for your suspension is (1) multi-accounting which is clearly prohibited (also, suddenly all your duplicate accounts started sending messages asking what happened simultaneously, too) and (2) engaging in behavior that exploits our system to obtain rank-up bonuses. Upon investigation, it was a fraudulent manner to circumvent our system, to which led you to receive rank-up rewards which led you to play more - it's not even about being lucky and winning big. Cmon, you know what you were doing. Like I mentioned, all legitimate wins are processed smoothly. Unfortunately, your actions violate our terms and conditions. PS, the provider did not refund your bet. It was me who advised to resolve the pending bet since your account has already been put on hold. I think that's about enough information that I can provide. Now you accusing me of making multi-accounts on BTC Talk? I want to clarify the situation and provide a factual account of the events. Firstly, I have been accused of exploiting bonus codes. However, I met the necessary wagering requirements to claim the flash codes available on Discord and Telegram. My winning streak started with a successful game of dice, followed by a significant win on slots. I acknowledge that the original games, including dice and hi-lo, are extremely buggy. For instance, hi-lo caps at 20x but allows continuous play, and card placements are often incorrect. Despite these issues, I managed to win some money on dice, which I subsequently used to play blackjack and slots. During a game of blackjack, I doubled my bet, and the game crashed. When I reported this to support, they accused me of exploiting the bonus code. Even the provider allegedly claimed exploitation, which is unfounded as they refunded the crashed hand, resulting in a $4,000 balance in my account. Following this, my account was closed, seemingly to hide the evidence. Fortunately, I recorded some of the incidents. I attempted to resolve this issue amicably by proposing a common ground, but the casino has not provided any explanation. When I won $9,000 on the slot game "Dead or a Wild" and attempted to cash out $12,000, I had already completed level 2 verification, which was requested when I withdrew $200 previously. However, they then demanded proof of address for the withdrawal. Despite providing the necessary documentation, it seems their intent was to delay the process, hoping I would play and lose the money. Upon successfully completing level 3 verification, which is system-controlled and verifies legitimate documents, the only recourse left for the casino was to close my account to avoid paying out. This situation is highly unfair. I am open to discussing and settling this matter, but if the casino remains uncooperative, I have no choice but to expose these shady practices.
