Placed a bet with the odds boost and it came out without the odds boost.

Message support and they tell me "you used odds boost on same sport less than 24 hours ago, it resets in 24 hours"

I show them a screenshot with the support chat window and the still-available odds boost.

Their reply "There is no problem with our site, please clear your cache or change browser"

How do you know if 24 hours have passed? Please do your own record-keeping. It is not the site's problem.

As far as I know, all the free bets have been dumpstered. If you ever won a promotional free bet and not used it, it's disappeared with no compensation.
