I know i'm still newbie level even though my account is 3 years old (I only lurk), but hopefully this is seen as a serious enough review to still count.

I'm writing this in good faith and am hoping any criticism is met as constructive and appreciated as such.

I have been using Betnomi.com for a couple of years now and have invested quite a bit of time there.  In that time the site has had two user interface redesigns each better than the last.  In its current form it is a very sleek and intuitive design leaving little left to be desired.  The community (chat) although small in numbers currently is likely the best one you may find.  I would be lying if I said I hadn't made friends from the chat. But that's neither here nor there as this is a gambling site after all so lets take a look into the pros and cons of gambling on Betnomi.

Pros:
1.Large game selection with most of your favorite providers
2.Ten crypto deposit options
3.Sports book navigation is intuitive and betting odds seem to of fair value if not a little better than market standard
4.Poker including cash tables, jackpot sit n go style games and tournaments.  This alone could be a standalone offering under a different site name if they wanted.
5.VIP level up cash incentives are on par with the big sites
6. Cashback (frequency depends on VIP level)  I was hesitant to put this as pro given the lack of total rewards, but I'll put this as a pro and address rewards in their totality in the cons.

Cons:
1.Severe lack of promotions, until a few days ago the site did not offer any bonuses, but have added 4 welcome bonuses ranging from 150% match on the first deposit to a 25% match on the 4th. Wagering ranges from 40x to 15x which I feel is fairly steep.  Nothing currently in place for existing players.
2.Unlike most other crypto casinos withdraws are not instant (at least 90% of the time)  Lately withdraws have taken users days if not longer, ultimately ALWAYS receiving the funds (unless TOS violations of course) but the delay can be frustrating.  Instant withdraws are advertised on this casino and I'm not sure what has been causing the recent delays.
3. Live support is all but useless, in my experience they have no ability to fix any issue that may arise.  The are nothing except middle men to pass on information to someone else.
4. Site updates thus far have taken exceedingly long times to develop and implement. A date range or specific date will be given that a certain feature or update will take place only for that day to come and go without a single word as to why it wasnt implemented.
5. For most experienced crypto gamblers they have become accustomed to daily, weekly and monthly bonuses outside of cashback you will find no such bonuses implemented here.
6. Some lack of transparency/lack of addressing complaints or issues. With a small user base I feel (maybe incorrectly) that we are entitled to some answers.  Yet radio silence remains as to why withdraws have been delayed lately, when will certain features be added (common answer given is "soon") etc.
7. Advertised rack back is in my opinion outright false advertising at this point in which I have asked for clarification on without answer. For my rank the new VIP benefits page advertises 8% rack back, the bonus page where you claim your rake back advertises 3% (as did the old VIP page) when I asked support I received an answer that my rank receives 0.8% rakeback even though the 3% had been advertised the entire time i've been using the site.  So i crunched the numbers and doing the math for a 3.5% house edge my rake back has been sub 0.1% of that house edge.  This can make a difference of hundred if not thousands of dollars in the long run.

At the end of the day this casino is just that...a casino. One that I ultimately trust will payout and in the world of online casinos isnt always the case. You risk money to either win or lose.  You can withdraw profit if you're lucky enough and you can degen your heart out.  Everything else in between like the bonuses and incentives offered is a matter of opinion.
