2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet advice? on: April 28, 2020, 06:06:43 PM
A lot of people here always says that using a hard wallet is the safest wallet that you could use because it will be difficult for hackers to have an access in hardware wallets.

I think it is a click bait or something.
4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Trading simulator about cryptocurrency on: November 06, 2019, 03:04:30 PM
Is there any trading simulator in trading or a game that you could practice trading about bitcoin or cryptocurrency?
So beginners could start trading without any hesitations.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: Public address complexity and economy of a coin on: October 14, 2019, 08:05:17 PM
Ok, do you think the complexity of public address affects the economy of a coin or a chain? For example, if bitcoin had an easy to remember the address, would it be adopted more readily? The same question is valid for ETH, of course.

People are irked by complex addresses and one of the reasons old folks are not into crypto is because everything is too complicated, as they are not computer age people like us. They like it simple and I tend to think that simpler addresses would help them adapt, and improve the crypto economy.
I found this site because a friend recommended it and all I did was enter my email and reserved a good name for myself. I am one of the people who missed the .com craze because I did not care to get a good domain name, although I could because I knew about it, now I am not gonna miss that one.

These things are first come first served, and usually (as in bitcoin), people who grab the good names first tend to get rich beyond belief.
So, what do you think? Can you beat me? My position =1, I am the number 1, the champion Smiley

In my own personal opinion, using complex address is prone in making mistakes upon receiving payments because of mistyping wallet addresses, that is why it is helpful if we store these long addresses into a simple names for us to avoid mistakes in entering our addresses.
6  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Collecting Bitcoin Donations with a recognizable address on: October 14, 2019, 07:35:48 PM
I had an earlier post about Chinese collecting bitcoin as payment and another post about Hong Kong free press collecting donations. One of the things was that they had to use the same darn address for collecting BTC. Now if the addresses for donations were more recognizable I think things would be a lot easier for them.
About two days ago I found this site that gives you a common name like BOB or BitcoinBull or CryptoBull for a bitcoin address. So, I am thinking that things would be easier for large organizations to collect money if they had recognizable names instead of a long string of numbers and letters. What do you think, would it make it easier, in terms of adoption?

It is true that using names that you have mentioned like BOB, BitcoinBull, CryptoBull as a bitcoin address is much easier to remember than using long and complicated wallet address that has combinations of numbers and letters because it can cause you from making mistakes in entering your wallet address, that is why using this kind of technology would be more convenient for us to enter our wallet address and to avoid mistakes.
7  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Access wallet addresses easily, without storing private keys or security phrases on: October 14, 2019, 06:38:37 PM
I'm pretty sure everyone has heard of that one person who's device was stolen, or their computer was hacked, stealing wallet addresses, private keys, and even security phrases. Well, that happened to me after someone broke into my hotel room and stole my work laptop.  Fortunately, before they could figure out how to withdraw the funds out of my wallets, I was able to extract the funds and send them to entirely new address, but the difficult part of this was remembering the addresses.  Storing the addresses seemed unlikely, since other secure information would also be stored in the same location.  All I really wanted to was keep an address book to help pay certain vendors and also make deposits into my own accounts.

I'm not sure why, but most wallets do not have an address feature.  Having a one stop shop for all your wallets just make the entire use case easier, and I believe it's that would help attract new crypto users to support the industry and it's movement.  An address book like Digital Names saved me a lot of time to pull up saved files and find the needed address.  Oh, and this is not limited to one specific blockchain, so you can have different wallet address like BTC, ETH, STEEM, ETC, and so on...
Most crypto users face this kind of problems in mistyping their crypto wallet addresses because it is too long and complicated that makes it hard to remember or to memorize their wallet address, that is why it will be helpful if there will be a technology that will convert your long wallet address into a simple and short wallet address.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another Bear Market coming soon? on: September 02, 2019, 05:15:26 PM
It's all about the bears and the bulls, doesn't seem like much gray area.  It's simple really, just pay attention to the patterns and trading become a lot easier.  Or just use a trade bot, right?  They seem to be more popular these days than before, granted the improved technology.

It's true in a way, AI is definitely revolutionizing the trading world and its providing us a lot of features to help us get better at trading, and not just the usual analytic chart.

Yeah, that's what I was getting at, AI is a better term to use.  Calling it a trade bot just seems too robotic.  So far, Smartbot Coin's AI trader seems to be doing pretty good so far on the test trades I've done.
Using AI or automated bots is really convenient to use in your trade because not every time you can manage all of your trades and look at the charts, that is why it is still helpful if we use a trading bot.
9  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can Crypto trading bot beat human intelligence? on: August 22, 2019, 05:58:15 PM
Definitely no because we humans are the ones who are responsible in making an algorithm for an AI or Artificial Intelligence. While Crypto trading bot only generate the strategy which setup by a trader for him to manage on their trades, but with the combination of a human intelligence and crypto trading bot we may create or make a successful trade with a less tedious work.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sentiment analysis or Technical analysis, which one is best to make good trading on: August 22, 2019, 05:19:02 PM
Using tools in trading can be really helpful for every trader. But i suggest to try the technical analysis because most traders uses this tool, especially for the first time traders that they can be guided and they can determined the volume and the price movement of a coin, so that they can easily trade or sell a coin.
11  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pinoy takot paren sa crypto-investing? on: August 21, 2019, 01:56:59 PM
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you need cash for everyday use? on: August 21, 2019, 01:49:59 PM
I think we still need cash for everyday use because virtual currency or cryptocurrency is not yet legalized by the government in every country, even a lot of people nowadays knows about it. There are still more people who uses fiat or cash more than virtual or non cash payments.
13  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst things in your country? on: August 21, 2019, 01:43:35 PM
There are so many bad things happening in all the countries including mine too. But no none can escape these things but the politics is the worst thing in my country its like the few families are ruling one by one and no other can be there.

What is the worst thing in your country honestly?
Political corruption and war.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto trading based services on: August 02, 2019, 05:52:26 PM
I have found a project named SmartBotCoin.io which offers crypto trading services to minimize the loss while trading. Considering the fact that most of the traders don't follow strategies and sentiments of the market while trading and end up losing due to the volatility in the crypto market. Backtesting and sentiments play a major role in the crypto market, many times we see coin goes up or down simply because of news.  It tackles all the problems that a crypto trader face. It's having features like backtesting so that a trader can put some algorithms and backtest strategies for a positive outcome. It also provides sentiment data on the crypto market to make informed decisions. This project is quite a huge step for crypto traders don't you think?

As everybody says, never be afraid to take some risk because it may be worth it, and if you will start trade in SmartBotCoin it may give you some benefits that will really give you a positive outcome.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do crypto trading bots really generate profits? on: August 02, 2019, 05:43:22 PM
It really depends on how the traders are building strategies while trading. It depends on the taste of  trader whether they are technical traders or fundamental and according to my experience if a bot or tool says that they can outperform the market, you need to stay away from that. No one can outperform the market in the long term, and yes trading tools can help build strategies to make informed decisions. Recently one of my friends suggested a trading tool named SmartBotCoin.

I haven't used this tool and am not familiar with this so I researched and found the features on their website look good. But as a trader, my main focus is to maximize my trading portfolio so I usually like to be sure before using a product/service. Crypto is a once in a lifetime opportunity so I am very cautious before using any product/service that is related to trading/investments. Do you think it's worth trading on this tool?
I heard a lot of news about using trading bots is not a good way to start a trade, but i think using a trading bot can still be useful for some traders who can't manage most of their trades that they need it automatically, that is why using SmartBotCoin is very convenient to use and a trusted one.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SmartBotCoin: 1st platform providing real-time streaming portfolio updates on: August 02, 2019, 05:31:27 PM
I think it is an interesting platform because you can trade here automatically and manually that will help and guide other traders, especially for the first time traders in managing their trades. And I also heard SmartBotCoin has a good security features that all of your API keys are securely encrypted and stored, that is why it is really worth to try.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not money on: May 31, 2019, 10:20:56 AM
Bitcoin is not money.

It is more an artwork with 21,000,000 limited editions. And each limited edition contains 100,000,000 limited pieces. (satoshis)
I disagree. Bitcoin is totally a money, that is why we can use it to buy the things that we need and pay all of our bills.
18  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do to calm down you're anger? on: May 30, 2019, 04:08:06 PM
I really experienced having some anger issues, especially when i have a lot of work, that is why i used to control or handle my anger issues by playing games on my phone and watching funny videos in facebook or youtube that keeps me away from the things that i am being angry of.
