Hi All,

Many thanks for all the above posts, your help is appreciated.

Resulting from further discussions with this dealer and with a few online-verifiable .pdfs and some screenshots Emailed across I managed to reach an agreement where they will honour my purchase and ship on Monday, regardless of whether they can actually see my money arrive or not in their records.

I am assuming they are now convinced I am serious with my concern with them and not a blagger, and they are legitimate but maybe confused by their system, but non-the-less wish to remain professional to will send me my goods as a gesture of good will and understanding.

I did see stated somewhere sometimes a 14 day delay can occur, but I can't remember where this was.

I respect requests for more info on the trader etc, but given we seem to have reached an amicable outcome I don't want to post this information, it seems like we had a less-than-common problem and I don't want to unduly give this trader a questionable reputation just from that.

If the situation didn't resolve I would have followed through with such requests.

Once again, thanks all, this have been a great help Smiley

Ah - on Blockchair.com I now have a .pdf receipt of bitcoin payment which looks like it confirms it's completed.

My previous post of the transaction being pruned probably referred to the first attempt paying this trader which went wrong for other reasons.

I am assuming this .pdf shows I have done my bit and now feel more comfortable challenging this person's own validity.

However, I feel I'm right in thinking either way I'll now have lost this money. If there is a way to reclaim from dodgy dealers and we have a suitable post here with how to do this, please point the direction to look and I'll take it from their.

Many thanks for your assistance, much appreciated Smiley

I have found a message:

Quote from "www.blockchain.com/..."Transaction rejected by our node. Reason: Transaction was previously accepted but has been pruned from our database.

Never had that before, I paid extra to allow the payment to go through the blockchain quicker too.

I hope I am right in assuming it will be relatively simple to solve the rejection issue, have the funds delivered, and loose little to no additional Bitcoin..?

Dear Bitcoin Forum,

Many apologies as I am sure the answer to my problem is already somewhere on this site. However, I do not have enough luxury in time to look for an answer that may not actually be here. If somebody can be so kind as to offer some advice on this thread I will be a very grateful forum newbie.

Yesterday eve I sent Bitcoin via my Electrum (v3.3.6) wallet in the same way I've always done so.

On my wallet window and in the transaction ID pop-up everything at my end looks like it is completed.

I know all the alphanumerics are correct as I cut and past, then double check starts and ends to be sure.

My recipient says it's still not showing up at their end.

Electrum appears to have no tech support I can contact via their website, only this forum seems to be offered.

Any thoughts on how ought I proceed?

Many thanks,

Mark
