Have heavy meals 3 times in a day. Try to sleep once in a day. Eat fat type of food. ☺

Nowadays learning English is quite easy. We can learn from a lot of social sites. If we have a phone and a internet connection with that
we can learn anything very easily. You can learn from Youtube, TV shows with subtitles ,  English web series,  English movies. But you want to learn it exactly u have to practice English. You have to hear those pronounciation and practice them in front of mirror every single day. This is how u can learn English properly. ☺
