Remember that during the ICO was offered only part of the total bankera. The other part it was planed to be sold in a second time and not under a certain price (if remember right was 0.1 euro). While I see at coinmarketcap.com that the circulating supply is almost the same with the total supply. How is possible that? Are sold all the tokens and are all in the market?

It’s a mistake on cmc, you can find the right number on the smart contract. There you will find that The circulating supply is 10924176189

Only the Support team can deal with account issues, so if your friend is experiencing any kind of issue, please contact SpectroCoin support so they will check it for her. They are available through the Live Chat on spectrocoin.com or at helpdesk@spectrocoin.com.

Are contacted both. Live chat has given a number to follow with email and no one answered at email. This is the problem. The support don't answer.

I can only speak from my own personal experience, but I have never had any issues with SC Customer Support for all my private matters.  They are very helpful and resolve them immediately.  Who did you speak with at SC?

It is not my case so have no much data. It is the case of my friend who has no account here. I know that SC have not answered. Not the live chat but the structure who is responsible to solve the problem.


You are a good friend to take up his case, although it really is important that they sign up so that they can pursue it personally.  I don't think anybody at SC will give out personal information to a third party no matter how good your intentions are.

I have found Live Chat at SC to be excellent, so they should definitely be able to help the person directly.  I would be surprised that this isn't resolvable given what you have said, unless there is more to the story obviously.

I understand that.  There has to be more to the story in my opinion, because I cant think why they would engage with them on Live Chat for example, and not reply to their email.

The fact that after two days of posts no one answered even here is not a good sign. I hate make accusations before being sure about those but I don't like at all this silence.

Why don't you ask your friend to ask the person of the live chat of Spectrocoin what to do next. I understand that in your opinion this live chat is not the place to solve the entire problem of your friend, but he or she should be able to tell your friend what to do next.

It could also be that your friend made a mistake. Maybe she didn't find the mail of Spectrocoin or she didn't send the mail correctly. Maybe there's something else going on. Like you I do not want to make accusations, but also like you I do not have much data on this case.
I am convinced that Spectrocoin will be very helpfull. I never had any issues with them.

I see that bankera has an army with which want to fight the case explained by me. I see that people without the minimum knowledge of the case give opinions only to write something positive here in forum and according to them my friend is an idiot who was not able to manage her case. I don't have time to answer to everyone here which is in love with bankera because have not lost some amount of us dollar or something else. I read even that the fault is of my friend. To stop those idiocies I will not answer anymore waiting that bankera do their part in all this story.

Congrats to us all. But I have a question BoldNinja: There are plans to rebuild a lite web wallet as it was with v.1 core? The desktop one is becoming more and more complicated and not all the people are specialist to use it. With this situation only experts can hold ark and not novices which are much more in number.

I respectfully disagree with that statement. Their wallet might not be a very quick point-click-wallet solution, but it's very simple thanks to its initial wizard which guides the users step by step with short and clear explanations and beautiful graphics.
I find it well balanced between being simple and powerful.

As for hardware wallet users it's as simple as just plugging your wallet to the USB and opening the wallet!

Oh and also another feature I like is that through ARK's wallet we can connect to any other sidechain built on ARK by just submitting the sidechain's network data.

Sorry RivAngE. If I am writing about this problem this mean that I have inputs. If something in desktop wallet is easy to be understood by someone like you that doesn't mean that is so for everyone.

It's much safer to hold such sh*t tokens on the exchanges that support automatic swaps then in cold wallet...
How would one be sure that the exchanges will actually effect the swap. Okex didn't effect the swap. Now people are not even sure if Bit-Z and Livecoin did.


Both did. Bit-z have announced this fact. Livecoin have made the swap according to the devs of viuly.

I was made to believe that the total supply of the token after the swap would reduce drastically as inactive holders are eliminated but seeing this now that the supply remains the same after the swap is disturbing and, more so the funds are going back to the developers? Is there any plan to freeze them for a period of time or it will be injected immediately into the system?

The old viu have no more value. Even if are now swapped. So what is the problem?
The team has more than half of the new tokens, that's the problem  They can manipulate the price and dump their tokens.


This is another problem. But first I don't think that people that have worked so hard to make a product like viuly platform be capable of such things. Second, the same story was at the beginning with the old viu and such thing doesn't happened.

Well, I have some news. I contacted Spectrocoin's virtual card provider AlliedWallet (https://www.alliedwallet.com) and was told that MasterCard suspended the virtual card I was using for reasons unknown. They also wanted a copy of my id and utility bill. My Spectrocoin account is fully verified, seems completely redundant having to go through yet another KYC process. I would rather just close the card and transfer the balance back to my SC account.

I just saw Tadas from Bankera make a mind blowing statement in the chat. He claims that they never announced the cards because "we had to be sure all is good" and "**** happens".
Translation: they made the cards silently available and anyone who signed up for one became an unknowing guinea pig in their card provider experiment.
When things went south with Allied Wallet, they just left people wondering why their cards don't work. No attempt to contact the card holders to inform them. Not even an email saying "hey, we're having issues with our cards, please hold off using your card until we've resolved them."

Nothing. Complete radio silence.

It's like house Bankera is run by a baby, who hasn't learned how to communicate properly, bounces off of walls and leaves a loaded diaper on the coffee table as a surprise.



If those words are told from Tadas are really a shame. Is a representative of bankera. I don't have card because don't have need but such words make me to do this post. I wanted to ask Tadas if the cards weren't or not published at Spectrocoin? And what is Spectrocoin? A bullshit website or a respectable one? I have doubt that be the second one if make such irresponsible announcements and is managed by such kind of people who allow such statements.

Where is Bankera representative? Where are the official statements about this absurd situation? People are losing money like crazy. Without having any fault. In this way will be managed the bankera bank........Huh

Please ask your friend to contact the Support team through SpectroCoin's Live Chat. They will check the ticket and let him know if there are any updates.

Thank you for your prompt answer. I will do but I think that there are not updates because if yes the answer was given to the email address of my friend. I think that needed special attention in order that problem be solved. At last to have news about the problem the card have.
