I've been let down buy a regular buyer of my UK Ebay/PayPal accounts. Is their any interest in 6+ months aged UK accounts?
I have stock of:

I think you are some138. And you are the scammer. You use my vcc and want refund? vba-vcc is alt of some138 a scammer.I can tell you now i'm not an Alt of anyone. You ripped me off and i'm still waiting for my refund. You were clearly ignoring my posts on here too. You provided me with a card which doesn't work. So wheres my refund?  ? |

You supplied me with a card which has a BIN that is blocked in the EU.
What you sold me didn't work and never would do. As soon as I explained that you were selling blocked BINs you stopped talking to me.
I'm now waiting for you to refund me to show that you are not just some cheap scam seller.

You're still openly ignoring my messages. Where's my refund? Paypal deducted the $2 balance of the vcc. And already give you the paypal code. If paypal declined the card the balance must be there. You provided me a card that is blocked in the UK. As soon as I let you know that they don't work you started just ignoring me. Your cards don't work for what you are selling. Are you going to refund me or are you just a scammer? |

I've now been waiting 4 days for a refund from this seller. They are ignoring me over skype but still contacting people about new business.

The card instantly limited the account becuase its a philippines prepaid student card you sent me which don't work in the EU. I've been messaging you about this since you sent me the card and this is the first time you have responsed. The cards you supply DON'T work with EU accounts so i'm currently waiting for you to send me a refund |

You keep bumping your thread but not replying to me!!! The VCC you sent me was a Philippines prepaid student card which don't work on EU paypal accounts. I paid you for a working VCC |

UPDATE: I received my VCC and added it to my UK PayPal.
The seller is providing Philippines prepaid student cards which don't work with EU PayPal’s. Instantly limited the PayPal account and no response back from the seller even though he has been online and updated his thread
