Why isn't Fillon on the French Presidential election prediction market?

I am helping to organize a blockchain and FinTech conference in Ho Chi Minh city.

We are looking to invite VC's and investors from the US and Asia (with a focus on Southeast Asia).

General Fintech: Focus on Asia only / SEA especially
Bitcoin:  Asia + US (like DCG by Barry Silbert; Blockchain Capital by Brock Pierce etc. )

In case the above is unclear, for general Fintech investors, we'd like to invite people from Asia.

For Bitcoin investors, we'd like to invite people from both Asia nd America.

Any advice or contact info people here can provide would be appreciated.

I am not at liberty to release details just yet, but we will begin contacting potential sponsors within the next month. 

Would anybody be able to point me to some examples of past sponsorship packages from previous conferences?

About all we have to offer sponsors is exposure if that helps to tailor your advice.

I'm helping to organize a blockchain conference in Vietnam.  It's multi-faceted, but one of the main goals is to have members of the local government, regulators, etc. show up and have some questions answered. 

With that in mind, we are looking for a speaker to answer questions about how Bitcoin addresses fraud.

Does anyone come to mind.

My routine has been pretty simple.  30$ Of btc per week on coinbase where I am also storing it.  How safe am I?  What else do I need to do protect my btc.  I know I'm not getting a massive amount, but ya never know.
