Check you reject percentage. Also make sure you are not just looking at the 5 min hashrate because that may have a huge variance. Look at the "Round accepted speed MH/s" and also look at the chart.

I was looking at my Round Accepted speed.  According to BAMT, my reject % is 2.1%, which I'm fairly happy with.  I guess I'll just keep monitoring what my miners are saying compared to NH, and if I can't get something acceptable, I'll move on.

Thanks.

I'm new to the site, less than 24 hours.  I'm using sgminer and mining on the scrypt pool.

One thing that I've noticed is that the accepted MH/s that NiceHash is reporting on my account is about 20% lower than what my miners are reporting.

I love the higher rates that NiceHash pays out, but if I'm being credited 20% less hash than other places, then really I need to consider that I'm only making 80% of the advertised rate.

I've played with my difficulty settings, I've tried both zuikkis kernel and the ckolivas kernel.

Are others experiencing this mysterious loss in hash?  Is there something I am doing wrong at my end?

Thanks for any help, suggestions or insight.

The fee is what the pool operator sets.  I know that's not really what this discussion is, but that's the bottom line.

We all know this pool charges 2%, and 11,000 MH/s says the fee is fine.

Personally, I've left my miners run here for a period of time.  At the end of it, I'm happy with the payout compared to letting my miners run on a different pool.   This includes fees, rejects, connection drops, etc.

As fun as it is for me to obsess about my own hash rates on a minute by minute basis, or my reject rates or ping speeds to servers, the bottom line to me is how much btc is transferred to my wallet.

Yes, I've moved some hash power around to see what's going on elsewhere.  I owe it to MYSELF to know.  Again, the bottom line is how much btc is transferred to my wallet.  And as of this point, my hash power is back here.

I was one of the fools that decided to try my hand at one of the more profitable pools today, according to poolpicker.

If you take a look at the current graphs on poolpicker, you can probably guess which one I decided to moo-ve to.

Needless to say, at this point, all of my hash are belong to CleverMining.
