SELLER’S FIAT/BTC L2L PROCEDURES (NO 1):
1. BUYER AND SELLER SIGN AGREEMENT AND IMFPA
(BUYER PROVIDE CURRENT STATEMENT ACCOUNT, SELLER PROVIDER WALLET SCREEN SHOT, MINIMUM OF 5.000 BTC)
2. BUYER AND SELLER SHOW POF/POC
3. BUYER PAY FOR THE FIRST TRANCHE 200 BTC TO THE SELLER NOMINATED BANK ACCOUNT
4. SELLER CONFIRM FUND AND SIMULTANEOUSLY CREDIT COIN 200 BTC TO BUYER WALLET ADDRESS
5. SELLER PAY TO HIS BROKERS AND DISCOUNT BY BTC/FIAT.
6. NEXT TRANCHE CONTINUE UNTIL CONTRACT EXHAUSTED

1. Satoshi will not be given to US residents
2. Acceptable POF is a certified bank statement that can be verified for satoshi

1. To Qualify: MUST send $20 from a USDT wallet that has MINIMUM $7m USDT with no more that 50 transactions.
2. Once BTC Seller receives the $20, he will send the $20 back in BTC from transactional wallet with equivalent 7m (or more) worth in Bitcoin so the USDT swap agent can run forensics on wallet and see $7m worth of BTC in his wallet.
3. Once both sides run forensics BTC will push FIRST with the comfortable amount the Seller provides a tranche schedule for.
4. Rinse & Repeat steps 2 & 3 with larger subsequent tranches as per agreed upon schedule.

BUYER SIGNS THIS AGREEMENT AND SENDS IT ALONG WITH A LETTER OF COMFORT FROM BUYER’S BANK CONFIRMING THAT BUYER HAS THE ABILITY TO COMPLETE THIS BTC PURCHASE AND SALES AGREEMENT.
SELLER SIGNS THIS AGREEMENT WITHIN TWO [2] BANKING DAYS AFTER RECEIPT
BOTH PARTIES LODGE AGREEMENT WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE BANKS.
SELLER BANK ISSUES PERFORMANCE BOND (AS PER SAMPLE EXHIBIT C) WITHIN FOUR [4] BANKING DAYS FROM THE DAY THE AGREEMENT SIGNED BY THE BUYER WAS RECEIVED BY THE SELLER COVERING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE FIRST TRANCHE BTC TO THE BUYER.
BUYER BANK VERIFIES THE PERFORMANCE BOND AND TRANSFERS EURO CASH EQUIVALENT TO SELLER BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN TWO [2] BANKING DAYS (ISSUER OF PERFORMANCE BOND) FOR THE TRANCH VALUE THEN TO BE EXECUTED AS PER ANNEX A.
SELLER CONFIRMS THE FUNDS WITH HIS BANK AND CREDIT THE BUYER’S WALLET WITH 10,000 BTC, BUYER CONFIRMS THE COIN VIA BLOCKCHAIN 6 TIMES CONFIRMATION AND NOTIFIES ALL PARTIES.
SELLER PAYS ALL BROKERS AND DISCOUNT TO BUYER BY BTC / FIAT ACCORDING TO THE IMFPA LISTED IN “ANNEX C”.
NEXT TRANCHE CONTINUE UNTIL CONTRACT EXHAUSTED.

PROCEDURE:
Seller will need SPA filed, Signed and Submitted
Zoom call will be arranged to do POF and Satoshi.
BUYER AND SELLER WILL AGREE TO TERMS OF TRANSACTION AND PROCEDURES BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT.
ONCE BUYER AND SELLER AGREE ON DETAILS OF THE TRANSACTION THEN BOTH PARTIES SHALL BE READY TO PERFORM AND BUYER IMMEDIATELY TRANSFER UP TO XXX USD TO SELLER FOR BITCOIN TO THE BANK ACCOUNT ON THIS AGREEMENT, THEN SELLER WILL TRANSFER EQUIVALENT BITCOIN TO BUYERS WALLET ADDRESS. ANY OVERAGES IN FUNDS WILL ROLL AND EXTEND TO THE NEXT TRANCHE.
AFTER THE SUCCESS OF THE FIRST TEST TRANCHE, THEN BUYER AND SELLER WILL CONTINUE TO TRANCHE UNTIL THE EXHAUSTION OF THE CONTRACT.

Seller: Corporate.
1) Acceptance Agreement signed between the buyer and seller to enable each party to know the full information of each other. KYC information such passport copy, company registration certificate and proof of address of the seller can be provided to the buyer upon buyer's request after acceptance agreement has been signed.
2) Buyer provides POF.
3) Seller provides POC by moving at least 500 BTC from seller's wallet one to seller's wallet two and provide the wallet addresses to buyer for buyer to confirm on blockchain that coins have been transferred and coins are genuine. Seller is doing all these to prove coins availablity, genuinity and control of wallets.
4) Once buyer confirms it and satisfied with it. Then seller will transfer the first tranche amount to a fresh wallet owned by the seller and the coins are kept for buyer. Buyer will also confirm this on blockchain with wallet address.
5) Buyer requests for a corporate invoice from seller with seller's nominated bank cordinates to proceed with 50% upfront payment of the total first tranche amount kept in the seller's fresh wallet.
6) Invoice issued to the buyer with seller's nominated bank cordinates to receive payment and buyer proceeds with payment.
7) Once 50% upfront payment by the buyer has been confirmed by the seller, seller will transfer the first tranche amount to the buyer's wallet. Once the buyer receives the btc in his wallet and after 6 confirmations, then buyer will make payment for the remaining 50% balance.. Seller confirms the receipt of payment and transaction is concluded. Once the first tranche amount of BTC transaction has been concluded and buyer wants to buy more ranging from 1k BTC - 2k BTC, then both parties can now agree to do desk to desk transaction and the payment can be made at once.
