Wondering if anyone else is constantly haunted by early "passes" on BTC.
I remember the day like it was yesterday.
I was sitting at Van Dyke Café on Lincoln Rd in South Beach grabbing lunch with a bunch of friends.
This was like 10 years ago and BTC had "jumped" to like 20-something cents.
We were all discussing throwing $10K - $20K each into it...and joking that it was the equivalent of going to the Hard Rock Casino down the road.
By the end of lunch I had convinced everyone that buying jet skis would be better.
Those jet skis were fun, don't get me wrong...but man, I kick myself in the ass every day for that wrong decision.
I think you have to laugh about it. Can't win them all.
But hey, at least I didn't buy pizza with it ;-)
Not trying to bring up bad memories, but I am always fascinated by early day "pass" stories.
