Hello, I just received a notification from my banck that the transfer of 0,50€ is returned with this specification "Return payment 23232xxx Not Specified Reason Agent Generated" I Try with Coinbase account. I have inserted the ID and the correct SEPA detail. My credit card (not rechargeable) don't function. What do you think that happened?
