p.s. i tried in so many ways to run my r9 290 (non x) on windows 8.1 following what i read here but for starters i'm a noob and the best result i got so far was seeing the hashrate go to 4.2mh/s but i wasn't getting any work from the pools and i was seeing HW errors, so i decided to roll back to my older drivers and wait for a revised or easier to run version for windows.

I didn't skim through, i read every line of the last 4 pages, just to make sure i didn't miss out on any of the details. I would like to propose a plan, even if it will be a temp one, we still need to start moving somehow, we can call it Step1 and rethink this through on Step2.

My proposal for Step1 is to create a small team that is willing to represent this coin, start donating a small percentage from every single one that owns some AXIS into one address in order to approach a dev with some incentive (not like a beggar and get turned down), the second part is to either re-do the ANN (or get CallMeAXIS to do it) and add in it what is currently going on, plus a thankyou note that lists everyone that is currently contribuiting in raising funds for this.
Step2 at this point would be, to find a dev, i don't think there are specific criteria for one since these days every sort of new feature comes out, my two cents on this one would be to simply hear the dev out before choosing to go with it or discard it (who knows, he might even have some brilliant ideas in the back of his head).

I have to say that i find PiOfCube to-say-the-least more than adequate to become a spokesperson for this coin, as i am not adequate and english is not my native language (just to make it clear it took me about 45 minutes to write down my thoughts and re-check to see if they made any sense, lol)

Το FractalCoin πραγματοποιεί την έναρξη του!


Εισαγωγή

Το Fractal Coin είναι ένα επαναστατικό PoW νόμισμα που κάνει χρήση ενός νέου αλγόριθμου για τον αναπροσδιορισμό δυσκολίας εξόρυξης (ονόματι Slingshiled) και μια καινοτόμα μέθοδο διανομής του, που θα πραγματοποιηθεί σε δύο φάσεις με στόχο να εξασφαλίσει την βιωσιμότητα και οικονομική μακροζωία του νομίσματος.   Κατά την διάρκεια των πρώτων 28 ημερών εξόρυξης θα διανεμηθεί το 90% των συνολικών νομισμάτων πριν το FractalCoin μεταβεί στην φάση Slingshield, όπου οι ποσοστιαίες (αντί για πάγιες ) χρεώσεις εμβασμάτων/αποστολών θα σχηματίσουν την ραχοκοκαλιά των block reward (αμοιβών ανακάλυψης για κάθε block). Έως ότου τα block rewards καλύπτονται πλήρως από τις ποσοστιαίες χρεώσεις εμβασμάτων/αποστολών μετά την περίοδο αρχικής της αρχικής διανομής.

Κατ’ αυτόν τον τρόπο, μετά το πέρας των 28 πρώτων ημερών αρχικής διανομής, το ίδιο το νόμισμα θα μπορεί να αυτοσυντηρείται παρέχοντας ένα υψηλό block reward που θα αποτελείται αποκλειστικά από νομίσματα που έχουν συλλεχθεί από τις ποσοστιαίες χρεώσεις εμβασμάτων. Εν τέλει εξασφαλίζοντας ότι το δίκτυο του Fractalcoin θα παραμείνει ασφαλές και οικονομικά βιώσιμο σε βάθος χρόνου.


Slingshield

Μετά τν ενεργοποίηση του Slingshield ο αναπροσδιορισμός της δυσκολίας θα γίνει δυναμικά καθώς τα εμβάσματα θα προστίθενται στα block. Αυτή η μέθοδος μειώνει αισθητά τους κινδύνους επιθέσεων όπως π.χ. την διπλή χρήση των νομισμάτων, καθώς με το Slingshield ο επιτιθέμενος αυτή την φορά θα χρειαστεί να έχει το 71% του hashrate του δικτύου έναντι του 51%. Αυτό στη συνέχεια εξασφαλίζει αυξημένη ασφάλεια δικτύου και μια δίκαιη ισορροπία ανάμεσα σε πιστούς miners και multipools που κάνουν εξόρυξη σε blocks με υψηλές χρεώσεις εμβασμάτων.

Δίκαιη και Σταθερή έναρξη

Τα πρώτα 30 block της εξόρυξης θα περιέχουν 0 (μηδενικό) block reward, αυτό γίνεται για να εξασφαλιστεί ότι η έναρξη θα είναι όσο πιο δίκαια γίνεται. Έτσι όλα τα Pool θα έχουν τον απαιτούμενο χρόνο για να εξασφαλίσουν ότι τα συστήματα τους λειτουργούν επαρκώς και όλοι όσοι θέλουν να κάνουν solo εξόρυξη θα έχουν αρκετό χρόνο να εγκαταστήσουν και να ρυθμίσουν τα wallet τους.

Διαφάνεια διανομής του Premine

Το premine αντιστοιχεί στο 0.5% της συνολικής διανομής των νομισμάτων, διαφορετικά 5000 FRAC τα οποία θα χρησιμοποιηθούν για την χρηματοδότηση μελλοντικής ανάπτυξης του FractalCoin και για την αμοιβή των ιδρυτών και προγραμματιστών που εργάστηκαν σκληρά για την υλοποίηση του νομίσματος.
