CryptoBilly.Club
Please remain CALM! You have FIVE options to choose from!

Hi, I'm CryptoBillyClub, I just started a website CryptoBilly.Club which provides you with exactly FIVE options of outstanding but non-guaranteed service to choose from:

Option #1: If you need someone to hope you have a nice day, send 0.0001 bitcoin. I will think about you (you can leave a comment with your name) and hope you have a nice day. It's the cheapest service I provide. The results should be extremely positive but, I offer no guarantees. This option costs 0.001 bitcoin.

Option #2: Similar to the first option, this is a step up because it increases the chances of me literally CONTACTING you to tell you, "Have a nice day, ty" and again, I provide no guarantees that I will even contact you but, I will actually put in an effort to do so if you leave me your correct contact information. Again, I hope to provide you with the best results humanly possible.

Option #3: This is where things start to get more serious. If you send me 0.01 bitcoin, I will provide you (again, no guarantees) access to the official CryptoBilly.Club Telegram chatroom, where I will be present and offer you my positive thoughts, and you'll be able to chat freely with other CryptoBilly.Club members.

Option #4: Similar to the previous option but you also get moderator access to the official CryptoBilly.Club chatroom. This option requires sending at least 0.1 bitcoin to the address provided on the official CryptoBilly.Club website. I also request that you share with me your favorite charity so that know that someone at least knows what your favorite charity is. Who knows, I might even donate to it and provide you with a receipt as long as you're present in the official CryptoBilly.Club chatroom.

Option #5: The most exclusive service offered, this option costs only a mere 1 bitcoin and you not only get access to the chatroom, but you also gain moderator access, I will wish you well, and I may even consider driving to your location (within reason) if I'm able to surpass the financial requirements to purchase a Tesla Roadster, and I will share my gratitude and perhaps offer to buy you dinner and a drink. Did I mention, you also get moderator access to the official CryptoBilly.Club chatroom? Again, I make no guarantees but, I will definitely be wishing you all the best for the rest of your life and I hope you feel the positive results beginning immediately once the payment has been made. Thanks for checking out my service listing page! Just remember...

Please remain CALM!

Do any of you guys work out?

How do you maintain a habit of working out and not getting tired of it after a few days or weeks?? Huh

I go to the running track and do repeat sprints of usually short build-ups, 100m dashes, 200m dashes, and the occasional 300m dash. Last week I went to the track 4 or 5 days in a row. I do plenty of push-ups, sit-ups (crunches) when I'm not lazy, and I tend to stretch before doing the track workouts because I'm usually too tired and too lazy to do so afterward. I've been going to the track to do stuff like that since my college track days and I'm 35 years old now and 90% of the time I bring a stopwatch with me when I feel like testing my times to see how close they are to my old best sprint times. I'm not too far off at all and right before last winter I clocked myself around a 4.31 40 yard dash a couple of times (at the fastest).

I don't get tired of doing that stuff, but after a few days or weeks my mind just knows that I'm in such good shape, I tend to take breaks, so it's like I work in waves.

The important thing for me is to not mentally stress out about doing any of the workouts, which are sometimes somewhat grueling, and I just know that after every time I do something, I feel better. Gotta get those endorphins. The day after every single workout, I feel better, healthier, and I can literally tell a different in my body, like I can feel that slight bit of difference in my arm or leg muscles, depending if I'm focusing more on upper body or going to the track and doing 10x100m - I feel it in my legs more the next day.

I don't think it's good to work out every single day. The body needs to take breaks, to heal, and not just for a day or two, but even sometimes for a week or more. The key for me is to keep realizing this and to remember, "I can take breaks whenever I want and then when I feel like, I can get back to exercising."

I also bike some bit (I usually go medium to hard intensity) and I've never had any serious injuries. Not everyone is made the same and I just LOVE going to the track to do sprints. I'm too lazy these days to run long distances and I enjoy the benefits of sprinting a lot more I think.

Please remain CALM though, and check out CryptoBilly.Club. You have FIVE options! I hope you enjoy your next workout and come-up with and tweak your own mental strategy so you can attain the goals you wish to achieve. Have a nice day!
