1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Real reasons to Why do you gamble? on: November 27, 2019, 12:04:51 AM
Maybe it's asked before, still, it will help us a lot.

Why do you gamble?

Why do you do not invest that money instead?
Why you do not donate them?

Because you are bored?
Because you are looking for entertainment?
Because you are going after the big score?

Why?

@DarkStar_

No, Primedice's support is better than BitGame's.
However, Customer Service experience we had at BitGame's is superior. Like asking for a personal bonus, offer or conditions like special rakeback. Maybe because BitGame is a lot smaller site, it's more flexible.

Okay, thanks for the response. Why not note these things in your review? There's no harm in justifying your ratings in your review so that readers can make an educated pick based on what they value.

You are correct. We needed to add it. We were afraid reviews to not become too overwhelming.

I will start a procedure of rewriting all reviews with a more clear approach on how our ratings are made and will introduce a Community score beside our own score.

@tomal1003

We are testing Wolfbet now and will add it very soon.

Haunebu

Thank you. We will introduce Community score very soon and seems some sites will undergo score corrections.

This feature is actually nice. At least get the pulse of the community.
You can still have your rating. Your site's rating and the community score.
But using the tab Expert Score, do you think is it really appropriate to use the term "Expert"?
Or maybe just use Dice.Deal's Score? But anyway, it's your site, your choice.

Note taken. From now on it's called Our Score.

Also, taking into consideration responses so far, we decided to remove all current ratings and re-write all reviews in a more detailed manner, justifying our ratings and include all community ratings. We will make another topic on the subject. Until then sites are showing in random order.

Clearly there is a reason you're favouring BitGame as those ratings make zero sense otherwise. How much did BitGame pay you for the positive review?

@DarkStar_

As I already wrote, Customer Service score is not just the support speed.

I will have to disappoint you - BitGame didn't pay us a single satoshi.

To make it more clear - NONE of the listed sites didn't paid us ANYTHING for any of the reviews. We just decide to make
Dice.Deals, so we sad down, played on every site and wrote what we think of.
If any of the owners is a friend of you, you can check my words. We still didn't contact any of the sites on behalf of Dice.Deals.

@Haunebu

Then what do you think it should be? The right scoring? With some arguments, if possible.

@Oilacris

Primedice's bigger Brother - Stake is 1st. Primedice is behind because it had only 5 currencies and a single game. Both Wixiplay and Trustdice offers better games and better value in promotions.

@ronaldo40

We will try to fix this. There is limited space on content boxes and we need to choose what to show. It's as with supported coins where we are showing up to 8 and all the rest on reviews.

@nakamura12, @Zicadis

We need to have some ground, some base score and I find it normal to be what we experienced with the sites.

Now, scores will be updated with the community feedback.

@DarkStar_

We've started Dice.Deals as a beer project at one of our local crypto meetups. The idea was few people to try all sites on it's own and then to share what we've found.

Ratings are based completely on our own experience, but we will change it accordingly to the community response. That's the idea of wanting feedback. The commission is not a factor. If we follow your logic on rating purely on commission, BCgame should be in 1st place.

Customer Service is not just support answering speed. It's how often you need to contact support, do they really solve your problem or needed to escalate it. In 90% of cases, we didn't have any issues and was bombing the support with common questions to see how fast they are. Indeed, BitDice responded very fast. But with BitDice one of use had uncredited deposit after many confirmations and this took BitDice sometime to resolve it.

We are open to every feedback, especially from a well-respected member like you. Rating will change over time, based on community feedback.

@BigBoy89

Thank you, I will check now why there are empty sections and we will test wolfbet and others.

@tomal1003

Wixiplay currently have one of the best dice promotions ever - 25% cashback! They deserve even a higher ranking but will wait for some more feedback.

Primedice 'bigger brother' Stake is currently 1st.

@Haunebu

For us, Stake offers 24/7 LIVE support and many games without the need to move your coins! E.g. saving you withdraw fees, time and more. As I said - Rating will change over time, based on community feedback.

@TimeTeller

We are trying to be as objective as we can, currently based on our own experience. Every site is paying affiliate commissions. We just prefer to state it.

As I said - Rating will change over time, based on community feedback. Windice is scheduled for test.

@slaman29

Thank you, we will constantly improving our site. Currently working on sportsbooks testing.

Duckdice offers some quite unique game experience as tic-tac-toe faucet battles, almost every coin exchange and more.

@Coolcryptovator

What do you mean by being more professional? What tests do you want to see in a site like Dice.Deals?

@AmoreJaz

Of course, every person needs to make it's own checks and due diligence.
