No. Domains are usually worthless and/or easy to reclaim by the lender, so they're no good for collateral. And it doesn't matter how much it's worth to you. The actual price the lender could get for it if you default - that's what matters.

but domain names are also used as collateral moreover I still value this website because to me it's more than what I'm asking for, so I will not let it go after all the efforts and money I've invested.

I'm very sure of what I'm saying this website can give you $50 a week though I can't give you proof because it was monetized with google Adsense but now my Adsense account has some issues so let's judge from the look of the website.

So with this issue with AdSense, how much you can earn per week without AdSense profit?
Your website design does not worth $400. just the usual template that can be purchased for less than $50.

Next, your website is 34 days old, so you based your profit range just after four weeks?

true speaking I still need this website as it is still new not very old and like I said it a promising website that can give you profit it may not be like in my case but at least it will be there for you for a long time, unlike others who sale their site when they know that the domain is about to expire. therefore my selling this site is because my son is in the hospital and I need to pay treatment bills to wish is about $350 so if anyone can be kind enough even to lend me this money ill claim the site back upon paying back the money. otherwise, it's not an old website.
