1  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where is the best place to hire a team for a project? on: October 12, 2019, 08:27:34 AM
There are several approaches that use Deployplace in order to assemble a cool team of top Deployment specialists.

1. Goal-oriented approach (based on goals). This approach is based on improving the ability of group members to navigate the processes of choosing and implementing group goals. The process is carried out with the help of a consultant. Goals can be strategic in nature or can be set in accordance with the specifics of the activity, for example, as a change in productivity or level of sales. Goals can also be set as a change in the internal environment or any processes.

2. Interpersonal approach (interpersonal). It focuses on improving interpersonal relationships in the group and is based on the fact that interpersonal competence increases the effectiveness of the group as a team. Its goal is to increase group trust, encourage joint support, as well as increase team communications.

3. The role-based approach. This approach involves discussions and negotiations among team members regarding their roles. This approach is based on the assumption that teams in the role plan consist of partly overlapping ranges of roles. In team behavior, much can be understood and changed by changing their performance, as well as the individual perception of these roles.

Thoughts on the Panasonic GH5?

Hi friends, I'm considering an upgrade to my camera and am pretty taken with the Panasonic GH5. I know it's a bit of an older camera, but judging from the specs (see this article to see what I mean: https://www.photographytalk.com/panasonic-gh5-review) it's a pretty full featured camera. I have been a Canon user for many years, but I don't have so much invested into Canon that I can't make the switch to Panasonic. Just wondering if anyone has experience with the GH5 and if it really does live up to all the hype. I like what the reviews say about its excellent color rendition and contrast, which would be great for printing on canvas. So, Panasonic users, let me hear your thoughts!
