I researched the team members (which are just two people, who according to their linkedin studied at the same college, I suppose they must be friends) and found nothing. About the project, there are already dozens of energy related projects in the crypto world. I don't know why anyone would invest in this kind of project... and in every country of the world governments regulate this energy sector, It is not simple to enter the energy sector and be successful
why the hell would you need to copy/paste other projects?
Just cause there is some copied parts in the white paper dont assume scam. The issue can easily be resolved, just mention it...

As far as I could see in the references it has some copied parts from study text we handed to our staff, this was only intended to be used for a reference but our staff member were not aware of this and used parts of the study text in the white paper.
But referring to this accusation, a white paper does not warrant scam accusations as it's an easy mistake that could have been rectified right away if somebody had mentioned it.
Yes we are aware of the fact we need a OfGem Licensing, this will be aquired over the next few months. Due to the nature of what we are achieving and not having patented our projects we cannot expose the entire team as they are legally binded to maintain confidentially.
