As I saw  on the roadmap, the team is now creating a web wallet, tell me when will it be ready?

The plan is to release it later this month.

If at the end of the month it is already very good, because with the web wallet it also facilitates transactions without a pc wallet.
An online wallet would be very helpful. Many people do not like to install wallets on their PC, fearing viruses and other troubles.
And you need to understand that most of the users are sitting on phones, so such a wallet will be very useful in the future
I am sure the developers have already thought about this. And on par with the main development of the project, mobile applications will also be introduced in the future.

Yes, wallets will not be a problem for any user.

Is there a release date for wallets?
Coinpayments web wallet and app already support VLX.  Standalone wallets are planned for later this month.

When do the first accruals on the wallet begin after  POS mining starts?

I think the current estimate is September or October. It'll be after the exchange listing.

I'm a programmer from Ruby looking for an interesting project in the crypto-monetary domain. You're interested in volunteers? I don't want to seek immediate financial revolutions, but I want to join an interesting project.

Send any proposals to info@velas.com

How many nodes are working now? Is there a link to blockchain explorer?

https://velas.website/#/

4 currently. The roll out is being done in the phases detailed in the technical paper. The goal is to ensure everything works as anticipated before giving away control of the network

I do not really understand the technical details of the blockchain, I'm more interested in the opportunity to invest. How do your smart contracts differ from other well-known ones? For example Ethereum.
Investing in PoS project is a very profitable but also very riskly idea. But if project has good partnerships, then you may try.
I try to make money wherever possible. POS is the future, I’m sure the old methods of mining by burning thousand of megawatt, will soon be a thing of the past.

I agree with this. In addition PoS helps prevent the nothing at stake problem facing countless blockchains today.

How many masternodes are running now? What is the reward for one masternode and how long after the first launch does it come to the wallet?

The team is starting with 4 masternodes. You can read about the phases in the technical paper on velas.com

The reward will be 2-8% yearly based on network usage. There is currently planned to be shared masternode available for people with less than the required 1,000,000 coins

How many coins do I need to have in your wallet to raise masternode? And one more question: what is the purpose and mission of your project. (I did not quite understand).

1,000,000 coins.

The purpose of the project is to solve all the apparent problems currently facing blockchain. The Coinpayments team supports over 1400 coins and as a result has seen where each chain runs into problems. Velas is made to mitigate or eliminate said problems.

If you're an accredited investor that does not reside in the USA and are looking to invest a minimum of 100,000 Euros you can PM me and I'll put you in touch with the person running the private sale.  As far as details of the coin, please refer to the technical paper at https://www.velas.com/VELAS-Technical_Paper.pdf  or view any of the videos linked in the OP. They can explain it far better than myself.

Is it right that you will be conducting private sale only?
Based from your roadmap, I couldn't see any public sale or crowdsale.
Do you have private investors lined up already?
I guess if this is the case, the project will push thru faster as you are not relying from the public investors.
On the road map, I realized that a private round of sales has already passed in july.. Will it be public? Ask the admins.

I believe that you can still get in the private sale assuming you're an accredited investor that does not reside in the USA who is willing to invest a minimum of 100k.  There are no plans for a public sale at this time.

Did you plan to use airdrops for yours in the community in the future? This is a good method to popularize the project.

No.

Have you guys researched who your competitors are? Seems like an interesting idea.

Coinpayments currently supports over 1400 coins and keeps tabs on basically every traded coin. There has been a lot of market research.

No response from the dev team themselves?
I guess they are only holding private sale here.
And since July is already over, may we know how much the team raised for this project?

This will come out in due time. All unsold coins are to be burned. There should be an announcement later this month addressing this.

Yes as it stands now there will be no IEO or public sale, just a straight exchange listing.

There has been talks with private investors for a while.

What do you mean multi-wallet containers

It means you'll be able to transact in other currencies on the Velas blockchain, not just Velas. For example if you want to send Eth you will be able to do so on Velas.

Glad you left the crapcoin chain behind you.

That's very unfair to Sys. They are a great group of people and devs.

Token Swap: CoinpaymentsCoin to VELAS will be done via Coinpayments platform on 4th of July 2019 and will mark the day of VELAS independence from original token.

today is July 17, I just saw your ad...how do I make an exchange?

Thanks for your interest in swapping your CPS Coin to Velas (VLX)! Before proceeding you must complete KYC verification by clicking here.

     START VERIFICATION FOR COINPAYMENTS
UPLOAD NEW DOCUMENTS

what documents are needed? and should I do it for $ 11? and I would like not to ask questions but to learn more about it...

was this the initial flow of your token? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3660460.0

You must complete KYC in order to do the swap. Unfortunately everyone is needing to KYC due to new regulations. Literally costing coinpayments millions in KYC fees so believe me they wish there was a way around it.

CPS coin turned into Velas. initially CPS was just going to be a discount token on the Syscoin chain, but once it became clear it was destined for more than just coinpayments a rebrand was necessary. Documents needed vary slightly by country so you'll need to follow the prompts.
