1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: September 26, 2023, 08:51:14 AM
Simple hack satoshi told me. Well at least founder number one of Ethereum right now is caring to all his coin he already invented to the who people or person in need. Is not the twitter problem is to blame it for sure, and all those attack to him. If Ethereum founder number one already understand the code from bitcoin of all from satoshi nakamoto and the other founder for now. I believe founder number one will be more attractive and creatively to design his own coin, but not just Ethereum but all of coin he's (founder number one the D)

Happy great day to everyone,
Cheer up, thank's you

4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: My Old Private key can't be restored to the new bitcoin core (bounty) on: November 28, 2019, 08:54:20 AM
Hi, my private key from 2009-2010 can't be stored to the bitcoin core 0.18.1. if developer can help me, i will give 10000 bitcoin to the fixer of my problem. my private key using 32digit of alphabetic and number. as at 2010 when i can contact gavin, this problem in this past have been solved well. but why at this year cannot be restored?

Just another scammer looking a target........ sad
come on guys, i not liar and scam person like you thought. BTW Satoshi Nakamoto let me mine the genesis block at that pass, when i knew he is a great person, when we solve code i made of before. but now my email to him is still unanswered till now

come on my 6 month of mined can't it be restored in present or not? please. 1527892.333 this number is my coin inside private key i mined in past. i saved in DMC notepad. hope Satoshi watch it

Edit: I remember when this HD key generation is enabled my private key becoming worthless because is feature. can't you tell me another way to disable it than usehd=0?

To tell you the truth, i have a hard time following your posts...

I wasn't around in 2009-2010, so i have no idear what format your private key has.
  • WIF: 51 characters base58, starts with a '5'
  • WIF Compressed: 52 characters base58, starts with a 'K' or 'L'
  • Hexadecimal: 64 characters [0-9A-F]
  • Base64: 44 characters
  • ...

At any rate, you should be able to convert your private key into WIF if you tell us which format it currently has. As soon as you converted it into WIF, you should be able to use electrum and follow the wizard to create a new wallet using an existing key... You can do the same with core, but it requires an extra parameter to create a non-HD wallet.

That being said, if you stopped mining around 2010, the total number of bitcoins in circulation would have been little over 7 million. Many of those are attributed to satoshi and other known figures in the bitcoin world. If you say you have an address that was funded with millions of BTC, i don't really believe this... Sorry...

EDIT: fixed a typo: 7 million instead of 5 million...

those is new format key from future, but i have a code to make sure it was me, atleast 10 thousand bitcoin is not lie

i'm serius with 10000 bitcoin. i have millions of coin in the private key i got

Any chance you can point us to this address that was funded by millions of BTC? I realise asking you to sign a message is moot if you don't know how to import your private key into a wallet, but pointing out the exact address might be a (small) first step?

This being said, it might be a good idear to create a non-HD wallet using bitcoin core and see if you can import your key then? AFAIK, you can't import keys into a HD wallet... You can sweep them, but you can't import them. A non-HD wallet should solve this.
Same stands for electrum... If you restore from seed, you create a HD wallet which can only be used to sweep... If you create a wallet entering the private key, you have a non-HD wallet in which other private keys can be imported.

BTW: what's the format of your private key?
dude come on, console bitcoin core not hard to use. i forgot the address, as i mined in past with gavin. some on code sometimes is work sometimes is not. at genesis block i mine, until q2 i lost all block on them, cause i just lost my wallet.dat in that time, and then i and gavin began make private key feature when my bitcoin lost around hundred thousand

an original format, is first format i used the private key
