I was having a problem while deposit litecoins into the bitcoins wallet on their casino. After I contacted Binance, they said it was transfered to the hot/cold wallet of the receiver wallet. So I went back to contact the admin, they told me to open a ticket. After waiting 3 days there is no any answer at all, there is also whenever I hit a big win. Their hot wallet will be always empty? What a garbage site that I am still seeing there are many people in this forum still promoting for them??? Fuck I really hate it but their slots was my favorite and that why it's keep me playing here but after this I won't ever never put a sinlge dollars in this casino again. Please everyone should be aware!!!
It's been a while and I don't know if your issue is now resolved, but I will still want you to understand that half (if not all the blame) is on you, you made the mistake of sending litecoin from your binance account to bitcoin address on your bitvest account, and you should know that crypto transactions aren't reversible, what exactly were you expecting the admin to do for you? Were you expecting the admin to perform a magic and bring out your litecoin from a bitcoin wallet and put it in your litecoin wallet,? How possible is this? Or were you expecting them to use their own litecoin to pay you and thereby suffer a loss you brought upon yourself for you? You made the mistake, you should own up to it, don't blame the customer care who didn't answer you cus he or she assumes you should know there's nothing they can do about your mistake, the money is gone and it's only proper you learn from it and be more careful next time so you don't make that kind of mistake again. you clearly don't understand how it work, so stop flame on me before you get the real story! I am not asking them to pay me from their money, my coins is already in their hot wallet and of course they have access into it. Don't being a jerk |

Never trust anyone in crypto. As they say: "opportunity makes the thief". It's very well possible $13,000 was the threshold for this Mod to pull an exit scam. I was doubt about it Always follow your guts when it comes to those things! I highly doubt a "Super Mod" has access to the casino's hot wallet anyway. And I don't even think you can hold the casino liable: they have hot wallet limits for a reason, and the reason it so limit their possible losses when a scam or hack occurs. They don't want me to talk about it on live chat and even muted me That's just bad! You totally right! I was very noob by trusted in that mod but if we think in a different situation where a casino letting me withdrawal my winninng then this won't happened. Also, how we cannot trust in a super mod from a casino that we are playing at? I was trusted them because they have big campain here and a lot of people talking good about them so I decided to play there. Bitvest is having issues for quite long time now. Why did you bother to use that casino these days even? However, you tipped her at her bitvest wallet, right? Did she withdrawn the LTC or still in her bitvest wallet? If in bitvest wallet, there should be no problem.

Hi guys, today after waiting for a week from the day she got my coins. I am still unable to reach her and the bitvest team have removed her from the rank of Super Mod and they all acting like it was my problem. The story was a week ago when I playing at Bitvest, I was deposited around 200 LTC that day to play and I actually have 150 LTC left in the wallet so I decided to make a withdrawal but it said the hot wallet is empty and it won't let me cash out my money even I was deposited a lot earlier that day. So I went to asking on the live chat and there was a supper mod name Badger she pm me and said she can help me withdraw it but I have to tip those coins to her then she will make withdrawal on her own account because she said she is the member since bitvest was opened and she is the only one who has more access into the casino wallet feature. I was doubt about it then I go to live chat and asking people that if anyone have ever withdraw the coins the same way that she offered and everyone told me yes. Not even one say no, all the people in live chat told me that she is trusted then I tried to send her 50 LTC first and she was really helped me withdraw 35 LTC and said the wallet is emplty and she sent me back 15 LTC right away. Then I told her I want to withdraw 100 LTC and she can keep it to try to withdraw them for me again after a few hours when the hot wallet is filled. I tipped her 101 LTC this time and it was also public on live chat, everyone see and know it. After couple days I haven't heard anything from her so I come to check and she was left me a message saying she is having my 100 LTC cashed out and she needs my LTC wallet because my message was buriied but that's very weird while she already got my wallet as she was helped me withdrawal 35 LTC. I have waited another day and I asking their admin and other mod ( veleten and elyte0nes and Paecga129) they told me to give her max 48 hours because she is trusted and I will get my coins. They don't want me to talk about it on live chat and even muted me, so I have given them another 48 hours more and today when I try to contact them they are all ignoring me. So I bring this here for all of you who is still playing at their casino will be careful and please report this casino as they are all scammed. They let us deposited 200 LTC but when we tried to withdraw 100 LTC they won't let us do that and even scammed us. My username is baodo1996 and I am a high roller everyone know me, a lot of people there know me because I have given a lot of rain when I was win and waiting for them to let me withdraw but they never did.
