Prateek_sharma, we can only try to predict price based on past events or on some things that could happen in future. If we look in the past, Bitcoin is shown some very similar patterns, and one of them is that price is usually goes up in months after halving. Based on that you can look at 2020 in similar way as 2016, and 2021 as 2017 - but this time price of Bitcoin is much higher then before, and because of that starting point for next big bull run will probably be above $10 000.
To see what will happen in 2020, we need to observe next few months, just to see in what direction the situation will develop. FB Libra raised a lot of dust in USA, and this may affect any future regulations that apply on cryptocurrency.

I think you don't get my point, i consider that a stable price of btc is either 2500 euro or 20.000 euro. That's like extremis but boths as capable to be sustained.
I also consider we should start trading bitcoin in a way that the price won't have such ups and down every day.
I am usually telling my friends this story: With btc, today you afford to buy a house, tomorrow a coffee and in 2 days nothing. And being so long arround, actually it's kind of true
