This blows my mind.

If you run a 1000w mining rig for 24/7 for a month I bet your parents electric bill goes up at least $50

As a parent, if my electric bill goes up $50 all of a sudden, feces will hit the ventilator.

Thought the same Smiley

Maybe instead of generating money, which burns your parents money, you could just ask them to give you more pocket money.
3  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BitCoin-QT upgraded from < 0.8 to 0.8.1 Data Directory Q on: March 25, 2013, 11:15:35 PM
Maybe the developers had a vision that with 0.8 a fork would happen and everyone had to switch back to 0.7 until 0.8.1 came out Smiley

If they would have deleted the files already, switching back would be more difficult. Maybe they delete them automatically with 0.9 or so.

Class NoHttpResponseException:
Signals that the target server failed to respond with a valid HTTP response.

In some circumstances, usually when under heavy load, the web server may be able to receive requests but unable to process them. A lack of sufficient resources like worker threads is a good example. This may cause the server to drop the connection to the client without giving any response. HttpClient throws NoHttpResponseException when it encounters such a condition. In most cases it is safe to retry a method that failed with NoHttpResponseException.

Does it work with a previous version of the TML software?
6  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: avalon batch 3 prices and availability on: March 24, 2013, 12:49:03 PM
http://store.avalon-asics.com/?product=avalon-asic-unit

The site sometimes show the current option:

3 modules 63 Gh/s, without ATX power supply: 88 BTC
3 modules 63 Gh/s, with ATX power supply: 90 BTC
4 modules 85 Gh/s, without ATX power supply: 113 BTC
4 modules 85 Gh/s, with ATX power supply: 115 BTC

But it's not possible to order already and the prices may not be the final ones.
