1.) Can I use change both primary and secondary domain after I purchased the 10 user account?

I back read all post on this topic, and found that google already *Fixed* changing the primary domain, meaning we only get to have secondary domain.
Does that mean I have to maintain the primary domain that I will buy from you? I have to pay the yearly fee of the primary domain?
