2  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is something big happening behind the scenes that no one is talking about? on: May 15, 2023, 01:04:14 PM
I wouldn't necessarily jump to any suspicious conclusions here.

It is a fact that regularly gaming businesses will analyse profitability in respect of a variety of different aspects including bonuses, rtp, rakeback, free bets, odds boosts and other forms of giveaways. Maybe they want to transition to less bonuses but more of something else. Maybe traditional bonuses are becoming outdated. Maybe these companies are working on some exciting development which they feel would yield more player engagement. Who knows. As others have alluded to, those that would know would only be those in the loop within their respective companies. I don't feel this recession talk is really relevant either, crypto gambling revenues are strong and historically gambling has been shown to be recession proof, if you add that in with increasing crypto adoption then that is arguably positive for the sector for 2023 if anything

But no, I don't think there is a big secret happening behind the scenes that no one is talking about, in my opinion anyway
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering requirements for withdraw on: May 08, 2023, 10:34:12 AM
I recently discovered that I signed up for a casino without thoroughly reading its terms and conditions agreement. But of course this was entirely my fault even that I am still bothered by the withdrawal requirements on deposits. It is well known that deposit bonuses or any bonus offered by a casino will have wagering requirements that goes to x50 or more. What truly concerns me is the 5X wagering requirement on normal deposits without any bonus in order to withdraw the initial deposit or winnings.
To clarify things better here is an example : if you were to deposit $1000 and win $200 in your first few games then you wouldnt be able to withdraw your winnings or even your deposits without wagering at least $5000. This means that 80% of the time, you would lose your money before reaching the required amount.
In my opinion this term is unfair. I am not attacking any specific casino, but I do believe that if users were aware of these requirements they would be less likely to deposit their money in such casinos since there are other casinos without such stringent requirements.

This does seem high yes.

It does depend on where the website in question is regulated, and in addition with which sub-licensee they are operating with. For example, our site requires users to rollover 100% of their first deposit. So if you deposit $100 worth of BTC, you will need to bet $100 worth of BTC before the balance is eligible to withdraw. But this will vary between casinos, and dependent on legalities.

We have not decided to add additional requirements on to this, however of course if there are ways in which customers can cheat, then additional requirements can be justified. You can do this by adding minimum odds requirements to sports bets for example, which many bookmakers do.

But yes fully agreed with no bonus and 5x deposit requirement, it feels slightly unjust !

this week there are three people whose answers have been correct so far and with the last answer being different so there will definitely be a winner, good luck to @Renato297 @Aikidoka and also for me  Grin

Thank you and luck was in me, with that goal at the last minute by Brighton he gave us hope for the following games and with the only goal won by Spurs and this last game by Arsenal that was at odds with shots at the post from Newcastle, later from 2-0 I was already calm that I would win

Great stuff Renato297. Good win. Please confirm your BetKudos username here or in private message and we will
Credit. Sure it’s the same username as last time, but wanted to double check

Afternoon everyone!

Just to clarify a few things for the rules that I think are obvious but I notice I didn't include in initial post:

- Predictions are for the 90 minutes only, doesn't include ET or Pens..
- As per all previous comps, Winnings paid out on to BetKudos user balance (winners will need to register an account if you haven't already, and we will credit funds)

Will update full list of user predictions later once competition entry is closed.

Add more game provider on both slot and live games. The casino offers very limited selection of games and trusted provider is not even on the selection.

For Live Games:
-Evolution Gaming
-Pragmatic Play
-One touch

For Slot Games:
-Play'n Go
-Pragmatic
-AvatarUx
-Push Gaming
-Hacksaw

Add more crypto currency option like BEP20 tokens(BNB and BUSD), DOGE and XRP. These is the most popular tokens for gambling right now due to its cheap transaction fee.

Lastly, Introduced VIP system to reward user based on their wager volume in a form of cashback and rakeback. I suggest too that you should create Announcement thread on gambling board to increase exposure for your casino here in the forum and for follow up discussions about your casino feature.

Thanks for the feedback.

We have most of those Casino providers integrated, just initially disabled for soft launch to reduce any risk. These will be gradually turned on over time

Great feedback on the coins, we were thinking very similar ourselves. Those with low transaction cost and speed.

VIP is definetely something on our radar, we know that cashback and rakeback are very popular at the moment. We hope to combine this along with free bets and entries to our social sports competitions (more news on this soon)

- needs to have more deposit options
- sportsbook section in my opinion should show the popular teams for ease of access- like NBA, I have to filter it by countries
- contact for support or official email to send inquiries or issues if we encounter something needs to placed to somewhere it is visible.

username: malcovi2

Many thanks for the feedback. We have many other deposit options available to switch on, we only started with these 4 to initially reduce risk.

Any in particular you would like to see more than others?

Yes good point - we have a task planned to add popular competitions on the slider, and to be able to search via the homepage.. as currently it is a bit of hassle for people to need to use the hamburger menu each time, so this needs to be improved

Re: support, you can always reach us at support@betkudos.com, but you will be pleased to know we are working on a chat function, so that you can resolve most issues without needing to leave the site
20  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: BetKudos.com Weekly BTC Giveaway Week 2 on: April 05, 2023, 05:31:35 PM
Noticed you have this rule" Must rollover the $10 in BTC 100% (1x) to be able to withdraw' but from my week 1 refill of 10 dollars I managed to build my account to over $45 and it's clearly written that minimum to withdraw is $10 but this was not possible when i tried to withdraw as a pop up with a minimum $50 withdraw prevented me from proceeding which was frustrating and lost my funds to a retired tennis player after i went all in on a 1.07 bet Tongue

- improve on result grading, sometimes the process takes several hours to be settled...is the process done manually ??
- Live bets will be a great feature for the sportsbook, not sure about the eta according to your roadmap
- More markets need to be added, first half totals, team A/B totals, first quarter win, first set win , team A/B not to score etc
- would like to know were to find your T&Cs on how you grade certain matches in case of overtime or player retires for games like tennis etc

username: coinhunterZ

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We had recently lowered our withdrawal limits, however $50 was hardcoded into the system from a long time ago and it overrode the manual lowering change. This has now been fixed and won't be an issue for next week. Unlucky with the retired tennis player !!  Shocked

Settlement efficiency has been worked on this week and will continued to be worked on in future weeks to ensure matches are settled in a much more timely fashion, with minimal delay. With good improvements in ability to pinpoint games that require manual settlement.

T&Cs on specific sport rulings will be released once we have additional markets incorporated and once Live Betting is incorporated. Both are near highest tasks on current priority list !
