I am new here, the reason why i came here is that i want your opinion, help, or collaboration.

we are a startup and we have won 100k AWS cloud credit (we have won 2X100k) the first one will be over in February, but i want to sell the other full year.
 
OK, why would i sell?   actually, we don't use AWS in our startup, in the beginning, we were excited to have such a boost to our team 100k$ is a blessing, but after some times we realized that there is no way for us to use AWS for the startup .

so we wanted to sell it to a company or other startup that can use those resources and get some cash to help us better to develop our product.

i know it is illegal to sell aws credit, but we need some cashflow so bad, the credit will be on my acc so the buyer will have the full acc and verification with it.
