Hello screwbc666, Regarding having the withdrawal issue: according to the fraud department of FortuneJack, your username is linked to the 2 different accounts within the same wallet. Here's the screenshot of the first account (can be considered as the main one):  We've given bonuses to the above-mentioned account, valued at 0.0550999 BTC (0.06930861 BTC was completed). Then, there was the second account created with the username of treeofld13:  0.01308723 BTC as a given bonus was not wagered. Coming to the 3rd account with the userID of screwbc666:  0.02635448 BTC as bonus was successfully completed. All of these accounts are linked with the same wallet address, sharing the screenshots showcasing the connection:    I didn't know that using his address to cash out was an issue. I don't really know how to sell it and he made it simple. As I said this was the first time playing, only got this account but I already see how anything is used as an excuse not to pay. |

Getting close to 24 hours for security check of my small withdrawal. Did you order a withdrawal during the weekend? From what you write I think you did so on Saturday. If so, then I would advice you to wait till Monday because the FJ is understaffed on the weekend and they have a slower response on withdrawal requests. If things remain unresolved on Monday you may contact the FortuneJack account here to help you out. Yes I requested it on Saturday and it is now still pending, I'll contact David here if it is still pending for over 48 hours (around 4 hours to go). @Bitinity did you use some other IP to sign in your account, because their system would have deducted it as an Alt account then. If you have been using the same IP then you have nothing to worry, as @TheUltraElite rightly said they’re understaffed on weekends you just need to wait patiently till tomorrow.
I used to play at Fortunejack with two different devices (Personal Computer and Mobile Phone) and two different internet source (home internet service and regular phone internet service) so it may give different IP addresses, but it should not be a reason for suspecting me as alt account because I used to do it since long time ago and there was no problems at all. Well, I won big and did nothing wrong but now they seem to have blocked me on email (despite not responding once or trying to help) and the OP here lied saying we had multiple conversations when thats a complete lie. I also withdrew on a weekend and at first thought thats why there was a delay but I was wrong. I hope they pay you and dont ignore you like they are right now on email and here. Im actually trying to gather as much info as possible to get my winnings. |

Unfortunately, we've discussed your case multiple times and your account appeared to be linked with 2 other FortuneJack users. That's the reason why we cannot accept the withdrawal.
I'm not here to defend the guy and he might be multi accounting indeed but can you tell me what harm can be caused if he multi accounted ? he used your first deposit bonus as he mentioned but it's not like he will be making money from it the bonus is -EV and if someone used it for hundreds of times he will still be losing money , I really can't see any harm done by this player unless there is something missing that he is not telling ? the bonus is -EV and if someone used it for hundreds of times he will still be losing money , I really can't see any harm done by this player unless there is something missing that he is not telling ?
It is EV- but the players tend to take advantage of the bonuses with many accounts so as to abuse that high multipliers on their dice - an example. So the number of time they could bet increases and thus they do have a higher chance of hitting it. When (<make that "if") they win that high multiplier they would have make back all the effort.  it gives them more bets yeah indeed , they can spend more hours wagering I agree as well but how is this considered abusing ? how can you abuse something that you can't profit from ? if players keep "abusing" this way , FJ will just get richer and that doesn't look like an abuse to me  if that user was benefiting from the sports welcome bonus then yeah that would be an abuse , but he can't abuse the casino bonus the bonus is -EV and if someone used it for hundreds of times he will still be losing money , I really can't see any harm done by this player unless there is something missing that he is not telling ?

However I only made this one account and got lucky only because I went apeshit stupid because I thought the bonus was incredibly hard to play over. But I did it. I won. You have no idea how I literally jumped around and how I felt. I was beyond ecstatic. I got the email saying they would need to do a security check and I understood, I won big. They need to protect themselves but I did no wrong so I wasn't worried. I posted here because I was excited and wanted others to know that its a freaking awesome casino. Then they didnt respond for days nor here. Then I finally got an email saying I was getting screwed over and not getting what I won because they claimed I was multiaccounting to abuse bonuses when I did no such thing. I emailed back and they never responded, NOT ONCE. Finally, the OP responded and said he would take care of it. Instead he posts saying we discussed it several times that I abused their bonus/multiaccounted when they never once responded to my emails.
Now the OP wont even help/acknowledge me and email support still has not responded. I was honestly feeling like I won the lottery (albeit not millions) and was feeling outrageously joyful. Then it went into paranoia. OP responds saying they would clear this up and I went back to the hype. Then he comes back with a lie and I honestly went into a deepened depression and was filled with anger. @OP How can you say we discussed anything several times when you guys NEVER responded other then the time you replied saying you would clear this up? As I said in my email, I LITERALLY started looking forward to tomorrow over and over after coming home from work. Hoping that the withdrawal was finally in. I didnt abuse anything. I only have this one account. You literally lied and ignore me now.

I started looking to see what the F*** I can do to get my winnings. I cant find much other than more people getting ripped over the same things and others you actually fixed.
Please, do not screw me over. Please pay me my rightful winnings.....  You're not the first person they have done like this nor the last. They have a history of pulling stunts like this. File a complaint with their license grantor. Explain to them what FJ has done. I also have the personal contact information of the owners. I tried searching through a few search engines to see what I could do and found several posts on multiple sites where members faced the same problem and were ignored. Even on askgamblers they seem to get away with simply claiming something without proof and give no chance to users to respond so I am beyond paranoid at this point. Especially considering the fact that they seem to have blocked me on email when they NEVER ONCE responded.If theres any information as to where, who and what I can do to get my winnings, please PM me or post publicly. I am beyond pissed at this point. I still cannot believe I am getting ripped off by them and the OP lying about being in contact with me several times ( i posted a email screeny showing they never actually responded to what I emailed them). |

I only got the withdrawal delay and the false accusation. No response.  As I said, I have no other accounts whatsoever. I don't understand how you can simply accuse me of this, ignore me, then claim you replied multiple times (when you only replied here once) and too bad you keep my winnings? Just be patient it's still less than 24 hours since you've made the withdrawal eventually it'll be sent to your wallet and congrats on winning through their deposit bonus. . Yes, fixed my post xD It has been like 36+ hours actually. Ill try being patient, just seems surreal that I managed to win that and need to see those ETH to calm me hahah Thanks! |

I recently signed up and play with 1.1 eth witht he 1st deposit bonus.
I lost the real balance and was messing around witht he bonus on several games, I honestly didnt think Id be able to complete the wager requirements but I did.
I ended with over 8000$ after completing the wager requirements!
Im so psyched and beyond surprised. Just waiting for a security check.
