Coinexchange is talking about an address on the Ethereum blockchain. These are two different blockchains, and are not compatible with each other. THX exists as an asset on both chains, but they are not directly transferable between chains.
Essentially you have bought THX in one format, and are trying to deposit it to a different format, which is why it won't let you do it. You could withdraw your THX tokens to an Ethereum address or an exchange which supports the Ethereum tokens, but not to a Waves address.

By sending THX to Ethereum address do you mean just THX on Ethereum blockchain or strictly ETH coin address?
