Hello! We have been in the market for 4 years with Luckydice and 8 years with BitKong, making our company one of the oldest in the market. Throughout our long operational history, we have required KYC from only a few players whom we suspect of money laundering. One such player deposited 0.57226183 BTC and, two minutes after the deposit without making any bets, withdrew 19,308.86 USDT over the Tron network. According to our terms of use ( https://luckydice.com/en/terms-of-use exchange section), the exchange function is solely for game-related purposes, and deposit/exchange/withdrawal is prohibited. We are not an exchange, and in the event that our site is used as an exchange, we require certain documents to protect ourselves against potential future government inquiries regarding such transactions. We typically resolve these kinds of issues within a few hours. However, since the deposit was made on a Friday and our team, which handles this does not work over the weekend, it took a few days. As I know it is a bit hard to get a gambling application into PlayStore. There are some requirements to be met before a gambling application can be accepted and listed on PlayStore.
It is also only allowed for few countries so I do not think it is worth the verification process. One other important thing is that the casino should have a valid license as well.
If players are worrying about security, simply play the game on mobile browser. IMO the number of gambler who use browser is much more higher than who are willing to use an app.
I just don't know how you find it difficult to have gambling applications on the Playstore while I have these android mobile device gambling applications. Maybe you're right that it still depends on which country you belong to. But I think this Luckydice can provide the requirements for them to enter their app on the Playstore. After all, there are others who actually prefer the browser to play especially the laptops or desktop users, but only smartphones, of course, they want the app itself as much as I do. About the Black chest, although you say that average prize is $1,000 but is there any specific number of chance (percentage) of each prize on it and how does it works? Is it truely random and there is like a provably fair system once a player open the chest? Silver Chest average prize is ~$10, and for Gold Chest ~$100. Magic chest bonus designed to be provably fair, but it requires additional development for UI part, so we decided to not publish fairness details for chests for now, we will add this in future.
