Can you do some effort and finally take action and resolve my case? You have frozen more than 15k eur and decide not to explain, not to give any evidence.
You have some rules but not enough jut to write some articles on email to take somebody money. I want professional explanation why you connect my account with some other and to tell what I did wrong? I placed bet on major matches,play regular and honest and do not want to be quiet in front of this injustice.

I'm not backing sportsbet.io nor support you , here is just my experience in the past: I have one account at the beginning back in early 2016 when they just started the business, I lost $2,000 twice withing 3 days and because I'm a bit superstitious I think those unacceptable losses caused by my unlucky account , so I decided to create another account and contact the cs ask them to erase/block my previous account with the reasons I provided above, they grant it and after that voila!! I made another $2,000 deposit and make it nearly $10k within a month through both sports betting and some live casino games. Cash all the money out right after my last winning and guest what?? It's arrived in my wallet in a couple of minutes even I think within a minute! Got no problem as long as you never claimed any bonuses or promotion! That's the point. Hi, I made a claim on IBAS, firstly they do not had sportsbet.io in list of bookies, but after my call they add them. Now I am waiting for resolving and also asked sportsbet.io here and on emails for help but they decide to be quiet and non-professional. I never claimed promotion or bonus, used just on several sports their boosts, sometimes lost sometimes won..I do not want to think that is problem. |

Can Steve provide a help for third-world-countries too? I have problem, by some mistake your company took my money, I want to think that is maybe mistake, but if you do not want to correct that I need to start thinking that is not mistake and you took money by intention to make more profit.

They already explained it though, you broke a specific rule if they explained it even further others who could possibly abuse the site use that as an advantage to avoid getting lcoked. They could've taken your deposits if their intent was to profit. Imulti-accounting is not allowed at Sportsbet, so that sounds like the problem. If you are serious about getting your moneys back, you should try acting more professionally.

They already gave back his deposits it's just that his winnings weren't included since he broke two things on their terms and conditions. Really? They do not want to explain because of others? They cannot explain their decision in emails? They cannot explain and give some evidence, like that they track my IP or something? How they connect me with that account? Did I had some similar bets, same activity, same surname idk... If they have some suspicion they need to have arguments and evidences before they disable my account and took money. They just asked me did I have another account, I told that I do not have and next email was that my account is connected with some account "ilijash" and they disabled my account and all my winnings are gone. How I can know that person really exist? That name is nothing for me and can be their fiction. |

Hello Steve/Sportsbet, Since 14 days ago I have a problem with my Sportsbet account. I wanted to start betting again at Sportsbet after a long time (1,5 years approximately) not being active. But I could not remember my username and email I used back then because it was so long ago. So I went into your livechat and asked if they could help me trace back my account, but they said they could not find it. They advised me to email to security@sportsbet.io and so I did. I explained to them the situation and on Friday 4th October this was the exact reply I got from security@sportsbet.io: Hello,

As we do not have a record of an existing account with the email address you would like to use, we would advise you to go ahead and create a new Sportsbet.io account as you requested.

Sportsbet.io Player Safety and Assurance Team So then on Saturday 5th October I went ahead and opened the account. All fine for 2 days, I made several bets, several deposits and several withdrawals. All fine. But then suddenly in the afternoon of Sunday 6th October I was auto logged out and then when trying to log in I saw a message "account disabled, please contact support". I was then asked to send my passport and a utility bill, which I did. Then I was asked to do a Veriff verification with my webcam, which I also did. And then 4 days ago they sent me an email that my account was flagged for multi accounting. Well, pretty logical ofcourse because I already explained to your security that I have an old account in which I did not log in for about 1,5 years of which I forgot the username and email. I know it is forbidden to have 2 accounts but this is precisely why I asked for permission from your security email before opening the new account. All I did was follow up the advice of your security department and now I am stuck with a disabled account with quite some balance in it for 2 full weeks already which I can't access. Rule 3.6: "If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member Account being blocked." I notified your security team before opening the new account and they gave permission, and then now the new account still ended up being blocked. I think this is weird. Could be a genuine mistake, but after my last email 3 days ago with my explanation I have not heard anything back and my account is still not re-opened. Can you please have them look into this and solve this situation soon? I think 2 weeks is quite a long time to be locked out of your account when all I did was open communication and following up the advice I was given. My username is LuckyHopeful. yeah they are anxiously waiting for people to make that 300 TRX deposit  I saw your post but it doesn't have much of details , you should go and create a topic in the scam accusations topic if you really weren't multi accounting and try posting as many details as you can and sportsbet will reply to you there as they did with other accusations in the past I posted here my case, they steal money accusing me for multiaccount and also create topic where no one from sporstbet.io response about their scam. I explain everything and have all emails, just cannot make screenshots of my bets because they disable my account. They have all but they just scam and do not want to explain here or on email why they connect me with some other account. I have long history with different bookies but never seen this unprofessional and unrespectful attitude. All this promotions is useful if they steal your money at the end. hello! i'd like to tell you about my situation by betting on sportsbet.io.
I registered my account 19th of september and i made deposit 1000$ by bitcoin. I made bets 1 day and then i did one more deposit 1000$ by bitcoin.
For a 3 days I had a profit about 1000$ and then sportsbet.io denied me access to my account without any explanations(i saw a message "your account is blocked. connect with support" during login).
I sent e-mail to Technical support, but they didn't answer me a long long time.
So i received e-mail:
"could you please send us the following documents:
1. A scanned or photographed copy of your national ID, passport or driver’s license displaying all four corners of it. If you are sending your ID card or driver’s license, please provide copies of each side of the document.
2. A document that verifies your address such as a utility bill, bank statement or tax bill. It should be no older than 90 days from the date of issue and display all four corners".
I did it. After 7 days they sent me e-mail:
"Hi zakhar94,
Thank you for sending in the documents that are required for KYC procedure.
We are happy to inform that our KYC procedures are becoming more user-friendly and will take even less time for your account to get verified.
To proceed please press HERE and follow the online instructions by our online identity verification partner Veriff".
Of course a i full verified my identity, but I still could not log in to my account.
Then they sent me e-mail:
"Please note that your account was disabled due to being flagged for multi accounting by our security systems.
As this is strictly forbidden by our terms and conditions we would like to extend your the ability to explain.
Under rule 3.5
You are allowed to have only one Member Account. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any bitcoin credited to your account/s will be frozen."
and rule 3.6.
If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member Account being blocked."
Please let us know if you have opened previously or actively use any other Sportsbet.io accounts. If so please name these or any such user accounts. that i have another accounts".
Sure i made sometimes bets using PC in my office. We with my colleague discussed these bets and that's all (I wrote about 1,5 weeks ago a post about it here). Their technical support indicated this in a letter:
"At Sportsbet.io we strive to deliver best possible gaming experience to our customer.
As per previous email we have asked if you have any other accounts created with Sportsbet.io, to what you have replied that you don't.
Coming from our second level investigation there were multiple account flagged that you are connected to.
With that we would ask your relevance to the following username: AlinochkaZ
We hope for your honest reply regarding this situation in order for us to proceed".
I answered them that i know who is it. She is my colleague. But they just sent me another message:
"Unfortunately, your account verification was not successful due to following reason:
We have acquired evidence that you are acting in breach of our terms and conditions.
Under rule 16.1.
16.1. Without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to us, we may suspend and/or terminate your account, cancel any outstanding bets and/or confiscate any or all funds in your account at our absolute discretion if:
(i) we suspect that you are engaging in money laundering, illegal or other fraudulent activity while using our Website; or
(ii) we suspect that you are depositing Bitcoin which have been obtained unlawfully or in a clearly and seriously debase manner; or
(iii) we obtain evidence that you are part of a betting syndicate where several parties are involved in placing bets in order to evade the Sportsbook Rules, these Terms and Conditions or any other rules of Sportsbet.io; or
(iv) we determine that you are using any device, robot, spider, software, routine or other method (or anything in the nature of the foregoing) to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal proper functioning of our services, any relevant device(s), software, the Website, the casino games, the sportsbook and betting information or any transactions offered on the Website and in particular will not employ or make use of any artificial intelligence or other system (including machines, computers, software or any other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the Sportsbet.io systems; or
(v) we determine that you are colluding or attempt to collude with other players in order to defraud Sportsbet.io or its customers;
(vi) we determine that you are breaching any term of these Terms and Conditions;
(vii) we determine that you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of our business.
As a final exemption we ask you to specify a bitcoin wallet address to where your most recent deposit will be refunded".
As a result sportsbet.io did not even return the deposit, I'm not talking about the winning money!!
It feels like my money was stolen sportsbet.io from me.
I need to wrote one more post. In your case you have some connection with that account but I never heard for username they mentioned in my case. Which person is that? I want explanation here on email, want identity of that person they accuse me I have connection. Because we really do not know that person exist, that account exist or no. I made claim to IBAS and you should do same, that is your money and no way they can steal from their players. |

Hi, I have same case with them, They gave me back only 3k instead 18k eur. They decided to take whole amount I won there. Exactly like in your case they mentioned some account I am connected. Without any evidence they accuse me and took my money. After so many emails they wrote that: Hi, Thanks for your email. Please be informed that our decision is final due to acting in breach of our terms and conditions as already explained in our previous email. Kindly note that there will be no further correspondence held regarding this matter. Thank you for your time and understanding. That is fraud site which wait and when players win some money they decide to steal. The difficulty here is that, karmic has a point where he wants his money, we can all relate to that, after all we know how much 100 bucks could mean to all of us, hell 100 bucks would help me not have any economical issues this month and cover my credit card expenses.
However, at the same time we all know how little 100 bucks is for sportsbet, these dudes literally sponsoring Watford, a premier league team. We have no idea how much the sponsorship is for (btw, can sportsbet share that? Like how much you guys are paying for being a partner?) so we all know 100 bucks is literally nothing to them and they could just simply pay that as a gift, hell recently they did a 1 btc (10k at the time I think) giveaway for just being on the website, no requirement to even gamble. So I think this would be closed very easily, not a big deal, just some misunderstanding.
Hi Guys, Update on this matter is his account has been reinstated fully and the withdrawal was processed after some clarification from the user. Yes, as most of you have mentioned and understand, we are not here to take 100$ off anybody, and we are glad that the situation is now rectified. As for Watford partnership, its fine for me to say as it was released publicly too... its about 6million pounds per year for up to 3 years.. so Its serious dough our boss is investing in here. My boss likes his sport too and has played for many years and understand the ups and downs any team can have. Im 100% sure we will see out our contract with Watford with not just 100% support, but probably 120% support.. Sportsbet.io are not remotely scammers, they’re the most trustworthy, reputable, most successful sports bookie in crypto. Stop posting bull shit & find something constructive to do. how much do they pay you for posting? Sorry.. but it seems like what OP experiencing is just a misunderstanding. You know that Sportbet is one of the big betting sites and is the main sponsor of Watford.FC, they are very stupid to steal OP money.. it's good to discuss it well with Sportbet Support/Customer Service team if you have an issue. Sportbet Support/Customer Service team do not want to response on any of my questions. I sent emails but nothing. I will send complain to Curacao, work now on that. |

Why would he risk to open multiple accounts if we won multiple times at Sportsbet
and if they hold over 18k on his account? Because of get multiple benefits peoples bother to create multiple account. Who know if he was opened multiple accounts before this wining. And why they didn't contact him before that regarding this 'multiple accounts' issue? Read their terms and conditions, they have full right to block your account if there is multiple accounts at any time. So usually they would review account during withdrawal. Nothing is wrong. I cannot screenshot because they lock my account but just I said one of the my biggest bets was on Real Madrid etc. I have emails there they just said they think I have multiple accounts and that is it, without any evidence for that.
Yes they have fast withdraw, I had withdraw fast too but couple days after they decide to keep my money, that is a fact.
Some people said they are good because of some free bet or something, I think they STEALING money because of 14k euros which they want to keep.
