I have to say, was truly suprised when I tried this pokerroom the first time.
Very good and easy to use software, fast deposits and ok speed on the withdrawals.
But the most important thing, has quite a lot of players on the tables. Hope it will become
a bit more active so the turnaments can start to roll!

Thank you Acarli. To clear things out, I was given a bit of what I had "lost" when my account was locked, now I doubled it and the withdrawal was sent out immediately. Cool casino overall, the only minus that still stands for me is the support, I think it would be a smart move to add some live support, atleast at prime gambling hours. Good luck to you! |

A bit of an late update, I was payed out the same day.
500x win, on a deposit of 50euro I withdrew around 2k+ euro in BTC.

So, did simpa1337 happened to withdrew all his winnings? Or you turned off his ability to withdraw and reported a possible rigged game to software provider. But after not receiving developments on your report, you simply removed the game and also denied simpa1337's frozen winnings as withdrawable?

To clarify how things went down:
I withdrew atleast 5x my deposit that did not go back to the site
I had over 400mbtc when my account was frozen, it was frozen for a couple of days.
I gambled these away on the slot that I first won it on, and I lost it on that same slot.
This is the slot that they later removed after being unable to reach the provider.
I have had no problems getting my withdrawals earlier, I am still coming out of this having "won" money.
Some things that I would have in the back of my head if you are thinking about gambling here:
1. They froze my account withdrawals, but did not freeze my ability to deposit/gamble during this time.
2. They froze my account because the slot was acting weird, but let me / other continue to play on the same machine.
3. Account withdrawals was frozen for several days
4. Support is very weird and slow, I had to ask for why my account was frozen, and was told it the case should be done in "48 hours", the time was atleast double.
5. No real clarification to me personally, just things posted here.
I would not say that the casino is in any way more shady than other casinos, it's the bussnies, and I am of course to be hold accountable for gambling it away when
it was frozen. Tho, for me, if you freeze withdrawals because you think a slot is faulty, you should freeze the slot aswell. And if you freeze one accounts withdrawals,
you should also freeze its abillity to play.

Update, the withdrawal went though and has now been sent to pending.
I did a 500x hit on the slots.

Grats on your winning, dont be worry about your withdrawal as you will receive it asap. My last two withdrawal were instant, but maybe your withdrawal is considered as big amount so they need to process it manually. Mind to share which game you were playing that gave you nice winning? I try hard to hunt for the hardest level of the plinko game to find the 1000x (possibly 2000x if I hit it with the 6 on the dice) but still no luck so far, my best here was on x140 (70 but with 6 on the dice).

Of course it is my fault, but now its been a lot longer than the "under 48hours" which they said it would
take them to get back to me. I have still not recieved a response, nor is my withdrawal unlocked, it is still
closed by the admin. I might not have all the btc left, but i still have some in my balance.
Therefore, I would take some caution to this site. gl

Well, I dont know to be honest guys.
They hold my money for 4 days and told me that it would be resolved under 48 hours, double the time went.
Of course I gambled, like any other man. And of course I lost it. If they waited for it (like many other casinos do)
or if they where sincere about looking up "my statistic", I cant answer. Well atleast, now they know I can lose like any other.
Instant deposits, atleast if the winnings are not high. idk, you do you.

Hello, the last couple of days I have been winning quite big on betbit. I have withdrawn and deposit quite a lot after the first win. Two days ago my account was locked beacause they wanted to confirm my winnings with the supplier of the slot, I am now awaiting response from the support team. (My first deposit was of 50usd in bitcoin, i have withdrawn 1700usd and am currently holding 400mBTC on the site).
Just wanted to post this here so I can update it after support gets back to me.
