I purchased an Obelisk GRIN miner which ended up being cancelled.  I paid $1800 up front and was told I had to wait until October 26th once their fairy tale insurance paid them back for the miners and was assured I would get my refund at that point.  It's October 27th and I haven't heard anything from my recent attempts to contact your company.  Shady as fuck.  I emailed earlier this week to make sure their timing hadn't changed.  No response.  Emailed day of multiple times and this morning.  They are obviously thieves.  I wouldn't recommend anybody use Sesterce.

We do everything to ensure the security of your investments and keep you informed, but be aware that even as a direct partner we have changes from manufacturers on the delivery date of batches or their stocks and that we have no power over them, the market is unbalanced and so it is. Our situation is very delicate and in view of the profitability of the miners we can hardly complain about the manufacturers because the demand is high. We really try to do our best to satisfy all customers but sometimes we can't go against the market.

- To continue on the accusations of false comments, know that this is not a practice that we support, and know that many competitors are willing to do many things to destroy our reputation and especially this kind of thing, we are not the only victims of this and even more so in the mining world other legit actors find themselves in the same situation.

- Stopping the distribution of B2C miners would be the easiest thing for us, the margins are very small and with the impact on the group's image and the support cases and market to deal with we are largely losing out. But in our approach to open up the mining world it seems impossible to do this at any price and we do not want to leave this community in the hands of scammers. That's why we continue to fight for your investments.  

Finally, you should know that we are a growing startup and that we are aware of the issues and our problems, but we work very hard on a daily basis to respond to everyone's requests and problems and deliver the best service. In a market with so many SCAMs and people who neglect their customers, it is very hard to try to treat their customers properly and we make sure every day to improve on that, so please take all this into consideration and help us to improve your support cases.
