1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bithumb - Super Coin Week on: December 05, 2019, 10:50:34 AM
Bithumb is a good exchange that is providing different benefits to traders but you can't say Super Coin week is airdrop because it depends on Valor Token trading and if wants to participate in this event you need to buy tokens more than 1 time and this is competition and also lucky winners for 100 traders.

Well it says that Smart Valor is dropping 25% of their Valor now in December. The other things is the airdrop by Bithumb?
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the safest way to buy crypto? on: December 05, 2019, 10:39:53 AM
Hey! I want to know how to purchase crypto safe. I don't want hackers to steal my money, and I don't want exchanges to sell my personal data. And is it safe using non custodial exchanges like changelly and shapeshift. Please help!

What about Smart Valor? They operate out of Crypto Valley in Switzerland and have licenses there and in Liechtenstein. Those are countries that are known for safety, so I would trust them when buying crypto. Anyone experience with them?

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: burning token on: December 05, 2019, 10:22:24 AM
I often read and heard about burning tokens that were not sold when the ICO project was finished, I also knew that by burning the rest of the token was a strategy so the price of the token didn't fall, but if the DEV and the team didn't burn it was a crime? is there a requirement that the remaining unsold tokens must be burned?
yes, and that is indeed a common strategy for a project, for reasons of increasing demand because goods are scarce and prices are increasingly expensive, and that is for projects that are running and developing, not for dead projects. there is no general requirement to burn tokens, it is only to make investors who join have hope that prices will rise sometime and there was no massive dump carried out by their team from unsold tokens.

What would you say is the maximum amount of tokens that should be burned? I saw that Bithumb has a Super Coin Week going with Valor tokens and will continue with "surprise" airdrops the next few weeks. Apparently they are burning 25% of the remaining tokens. Is that no too much? Or will this just result in an even higher value for the holder?

Bithumb currently has 4 different airdrop competitions. Looks you are talking about: Bithumb 6th anniversary SUPER COIN WEEK If it is convenient for you, there is not much to lose.

What do you mean with "not too much to loose"?

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Staking-as-a-service, Opinions? on: November 13, 2019, 01:29:21 PM
I don't know about this project but my advise is to look for old staking coins, they will give you rest of mind, my experience with new staking coins are bad, they mostly end up a scam or you can wait for ETH staking upgrade

Hi @Novatech8 Smiley May I ask which staking coins you have experience with?
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Staking-as-a-service, Opinions? on: November 07, 2019, 11:03:26 AM
Staking use to be a good cash cow for investors before 2018 bull run, the bear market kill most of this because they kill dumping and most people lose money, but recently exchanges are looking into this staking business reason being that most people keep their tokens on exchanges and they can get reward holding them

Okay thank you disconnectme. But the exchange can not use my coins or tokens when I gave them for staking since they are locked up I thought. So why should SMART VALOR give back 100% of the revenues and not take a fee???

I do not believe that they will give you 100% of the revenues back. This makes no sense to me, they must take a fee. How would they otherwise make any profit?
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Cash Price Prediction 2020 on: November 06, 2019, 05:03:17 PM
Too volatile and too many factors in order to predict... it will probably move in a similar direction as BTC.

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: list top 10 exchange in the market on: November 06, 2019, 04:26:26 PM
What is the top 10 exchanges which all the investors trust it?
For me https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges is providing the best list of the trusted exchange site with actual volume without the manipulation that created by the marketcap site itself. coingecko is better than CMC.
There was a trust score method that can determine the best exchange site. You can get it on the cryptorank.io too.

https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges
That is a really good list.  @sandra2010, check it out, I believe you will find something safe that works for you on the site.
I would suggest you use any of the 1-20 or 1-100 exchanges. If you are an average trader and you can't afford going through kyc then use any of the exchanges that does not demand kyc from average traders.

Thank you very much, this list is helpful!!! Grin

You might as well go to a casino due to the lack of regulations....
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think IEO is more legit if launch on big exchnages like Binance? on: November 06, 2019, 03:55:06 PM
Hello Smiley could someone please explain the difference between ICO and IEO?
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you sell a million dollars bag of crypto? Would you trust exchanges? on: November 06, 2019, 03:46:16 PM
I would prefer to use OTC for large investments and also to also have a look at the regulative environment.  Smiley
