Bah c'est surtout qu'ils répondaient pas et que y'avait aucun signalement de problème.
Oui c'est pas normal après c'est le choix de leur exchange et je dois avouer que ça peut être super utile quand il y a une super alt sachant que 90% du temps ça se passe bien faut juste pas être dans un mauvais jour.

They finally sent me a message this morning (sure I did contact the support) answering it's an "internal" matter and it will be okay very soon. My DGTX withdrawal was successful. Then I was able to see all my eth this afternoon. I have to say I tried my best to get their attention by spamming their email, junk comment on their FB etc. So it should be alright BUT I'm waiting for the eth I sent being used to complete the trade I did aim.

This was a very scary moment, they told everywhere the maintenance was successful, the others exchanges are usually faster to answer and seeing no sign of life from them and of your 1600 dollars for no apparent reason is so bad.

So thank you it shall be alright BUT I still wait for my trade to be completed because the large majority (12.5 eth) is still on the website, the withdrawal time will be the genuine moment of truth.

For me, Mercatox isn't really a scam. Furthermore if it's possible I'll remove my topic to not harm their business and to remove all the information about me. However, it's a mediocre exchange that give the priority to the quantity of cryptos over the quality of the service and that often put up a very doubtful behaviour. But sometimes this is your best choice to deal with alt great opportunities.

I'll finish saying I've lost 5% seeing the actual prices, indeed I was waiting for the perfect moment to buy, observing each new hour the prices for 1 month. As you know in crypto the timing is extremly important so this exchange really can prejudice your trades, in a worst case I could easily had lost 20% with the volatility (if eth went down and the crypto I want went up).

Alors en fait ils m'ont répondu aujourd'hui comme quoi c'était "interne" et que ça serait remis. Ma transaction DGTX est passée déjà c'est bon du coup je suis rassuré. Et tout à l'heure j'ai vu que mes ETH étaient là. Bon après j'ai bousculé ciel et terre j'ai un peu pourri leur FB, j'ai envoyé plein de messages partout etc. Donc a priori ça devrait être bon MAIS j'attends que les ETH que j'ai déposés servent à passer mon ordre et ensuite je verrais si je pourrais retirer.

C'est hyper flippant sur le coup, car pour ce qui était de la maintenance ils avaient dit que tout était OK, les autres sites sont rapides en principe et ne voir aucune trace inquiète fortement.

Bien évidemment pour Michael jamais je ne lui aurait rien donné ils pue le fake à 20km à la ronde et quand bien même il était de bonne foi je ne suis pas fou. Je sais que mon topic me donne l'air un peu pigeon mais quand même pas à ce point.

Merci pour tout les gars, normalement ça devrait être bon MAIS la grande majorité est restée donc le souci c'est de savoir si je vais pouvoir les sortir ou pas car c'est là le moment de vérité.

Mercatox n'est pas réellement un scam, d'ailleurs si c'est possible quand tout sera fini j'effacerai mon topic pour ne pas leur nuire et par rapport aux infos aussi. Par contre c'est un exchange moyennement fiable qui privilégie la quantité de cryptos à la qualité du service et qui parfois manifeste un comportement vraiment douteux.

Pour finir j'ajouterai que si ma transaction était passée à temps j'aurais gagné environ 5% car j'avais choisi un moment bien précis et je surveillais sans trève la crypto à acheter en attendant le bon moment. Comme vous le savez le timing est important dans la crypto donc cet exchange peut vraiment vous porter préjudice à tout moment et ça c'est pas génial du tout, avec la volatilité j'aurais pu perdre 20% en cas de baisse de l'ether et de hausse de la crypto à acheter.

Did you guys recently had issues on MERCATOX please ?!


Today I sent 8.5 ETH (1600 dollars) on my Mercatox account, impossible for me to find it, it's neither processing despite the fact it's been 5 hours I sent it and that the address is the good one. ETHERSCAN says the transactions are successful and completed. PLUS as I was afraid, I tried to withdrawal 50k DGTX and these are stuck for more than one hour now, it usually take 1min max. None answer from their side I start to be VEEERY ANGRY, the total cost about 3500 dollars and I have 4.2 other ETH on my wallet that I do not dare to move because of it. I'll soon get forced to take a legal proceeding.

So if you guys know anything that can help me, I would be very grateful.

Aujourd'hui j'ai envoyé 8.5 ETH (1500e) sur le site qui n'apparaissent pas ni "processing" alors que ça fait 5h que je les ai envoyés et que c'est la bonne adresse. Sur le ETHERSCAN ils disent que la transaction ETH est nickel EN PLUS j'ai essayé de sortir 50k DGTX comme je flippais et ils sont bloqués depuis plus d'1h alors que d'habitude c'est quasi instantané. Personne ne répond, je commence à péter un plomb étant donné qu'en tout il y en a pour 3200e, en plus j'ai 4.2 autres ETH dessus que j'ose même pas toucher.

Alors la moindre aide possible serait EXTREMEMENT PRÉCIEUSE.
