You should calm down mate. I know it's frustrating when you know that you did nothing wrong. My suggestion is that you should PM Cloudbet with all the details of what happened. He should be able to respond to you when is he back online with an update of what's going on.I believe you money hasn't been stolen... why would they want to damage their years of good reputation for such an amount?
my first steps were to contact chat support that is never available. so i sent an email. i sent 4 emails and not 1 reply yet.
i contacted vip support who said ok 8 hours check back in. i have checked in and my balance is zero
ITS VERY CLEAR TO SEE THE MONEY IS IN THE WALLET THAT CLOUDBET OWNS.
i am really pissed off at the bad customer service by cloudbet and as of right now theft of my coins.
when its impossible to get support and they are not fixing an issue. yes i have every right to be worried.
