So people still buy coins recommended by John McAfee? I wonder when crypto investors will stop investing because one influencer supports a project, because if the same influencer talks ill about that project, the effect will be disastrous.

Hello crypto enthusiasts, do not get so carried away with the DEFI craze, so much so that you put in more than required into it, be wise. Trends come and go, ride DEFI wisely. Vitalik tweeted https://twitter.com/VitalikButerin/status/1294186505745731584?s=19 that he hasn't done any yield farming so far, so why so excited about yield farming? The concept is not bad but still has a long way to go since there are many cons. Why would he have to do yield farming when he is rich enough to live his entire life doing nothing and just sitting on a chair with his ethereum stash. The ones who like to hustle have a good future with yield farming, those who don't like to take risks involving their money don't have to do yield farming and can just do their regular tasks that they are doing in their life. I personally like the idea of yield farming and think that it is the future and is also going to develop more in the future as well and people are also gonna start accepting it, just give it some time. I'll like to know some core reasons why you think yield farming will be sustained in the future, we learn every day.

That's Vitalik choice not yours, why make your own decision because of what Vitalik choose to do ? I made few profits from DeFi projects recently and that's what crypto space is all about ( taking advantages ) when available.
Obviously you didn't read the content of my post, you just read the topic. My point is, do not invest blindly because a project is DEFI, or probably go into yield farming with more than required funds, I'm not condemning DEFI projects. Risk management is important.

Too many projects in the past have promised to solve scalability issues, but failed. Let's see if avalanche will be different, so much hype around this project, i just hope it's worth it. If ETH 2.0 can solve the scalability issues, then it will be really cool.

New project keep profitable if look good by investor, they have modify their website and have give best thing for their site look interested to make investor want to invest, have build with experience team to get their project success from selling coin on ICO until listing with exchange market to get much profit both owner developer project and investor.
Even scam projects still have very nice websites, so websites being cool doesn't depict if a project should be interesting for investors or not. I agree with you that the team experience is important, and most especially team legitimacy (are they real or not). New projects keep dropping steadily, and I think this is because there are no regulations checkmating eligibility to launch a crypto project. Most times all these altcoins will dump hard after token sale, this is mainly because team is also interested in dumping their own tokens, well that's the primary aim of most projects. A few good projects are dying because most times team gets discouraged and give up looking at the effort they put in not collerating with the price movement.

Hackers won't stop, they keep advancing in techniques. I was shocked when a friend lost his funds because he installed a 3rd party keyboard from plasytore. When just want to send out funds, I cross check the wallet address properly to be sure it's not replaced.

I expect the crypto market to be at its best next year since many will FOMO into Bitcoin because of halving. Towards the end of this year to January, I will be accumulating more BTC preparing and hoping for a market uptrend by 2020. I also wish regulations come if possible, since that's the only way mainstream adoption will come.
