This is a good marketing strategy in Bitcointalk forum without running the signature campaign officially. Create a thread in the services by describing the offer and the conditions properly. Hiya claymore222 Ok we have looked into the issue for you. The first time you deposited 81 USDT and it was credited manually as you say. It was credited at 5:40pm on the 21st October and you placed two sports bets worth 80 USDT total at 5:52pm and 5:54pm. You lost them both. You then deposited another 48 USDT which was manually credited again at 8:19am on 23rd October But you did not play with it until 7:39pm the same day. I assume you were talking to the CS team etc. You lost it all by 7:47pm. You requested closure of the account. Here are my conclusions 1 – The Accounts dept from the software provider say that there was over the weekend a problem between CoinPayments (Payments Provider) and the Casino software provider that affect 50 of their casinos. This has been fixed. 2 – You lost the $80 fair and square. 3 – The $48 USDT you would have been able to withdraw without problem, if the payments had not failed in the first place. This was not your fault. You got frustrated and just bet the $48 and lost it. 4 – I have requested that a manual override process be implemented to stop what happened to you, happening to others should the problem arise in future. I have also 5 – I will give you back $48 + $10 goodwill. However you have closed your Casino account. So if you message me directly with your TRC20 details, I will credit it there. Did deposit with TRC20 , deposit failed don't know why but ot dididnt show up on my balance . Payment from my side was sucesfull, but it didnt show on my casino balance . Contacted support . After few hours they manually added to balance .
Ok lost my balance then decided to deposit again . Same thing , sent my crypto USDT on ERC20 . Payment sent with alot of confirmations . After 24 hours it still didnt show on my balance . Contacted support , waiting 20+ hours to manualy add my money to my casino balance . Decided not to gamble on this casino and wanted to withdraw money . But guess what when i press withdraw there is no option to choose payment method . Contacted support and thats what they reply :

I honestly think that the domain that you've got is totally a premium one, and having that said you already have the edge to be remembered by your current and potential future and repeat customers. To the trading, I checked your website and I saw a particular captions with buy crypto and there I clicked it I saw connect metamask or user name and password. What will you say about that? Do you trade crypto on your casino? as I checked again because I saw the features there and how come you have all these casinos and still operating more. Like we discussed before, lots of free spins after registration often attract players with no intention to deposit real crypto. I think in the long run, this high amount of free spins will be too costly for you guys. It's a very competitive market right now and rather fight with a good deposit bonus than lots of free spins, unless you just want to spend money (or crypto) and get low rollers. Low rollers love free spins without any requirements to deposits, but high rollers look for other kind of bonuses. I like the features on the ANN thread more the first page of the casino website. The catalogue in the website is too dull but the design of the casino is good just that color used is not bright.
