Thanks for all the help guys I  just switched back to the old miner and that fixed the problem. I've been planning on getting a new GPU for better mining anyway, but probably not for a while. The two Mh/s increase isn't worth all the stale shares.

Ever since I updated GUIminer, now that it uses phoenix, I have been getting a high number of rejected shares. Over the past 10 hours I have 59 accepted and 245 rejected. I can't figure out what is causing this bad ratio of accepted to rejected. I have an ATI Radeon 4670 running windows 7.The extra flags are worksize=32 and aggression=5.
