Trial is old version and pro is new version. so ask them for 2020 updated working version 3.25.1.

Old Version 2.17.3  is deprecated and you have to update it to final version to work. Ask them for free update. I got a free update recently. Also version 3.25.1 works more faster than old version v2.17.3.
