I dont know these things i dont really want to do that. We can do 50% upfront payment and the other 50% after you have full control over the domain. So 0.005 upfront. Thanks.

And what? You dont have to buy the domain. I dont know how this escrow things work so im not doing it. Who wants to buy can buy it its still available. But i dont use escrow. I can only make offer 50% upfront.
