if RandomX algo supports AES in CPU?

I have just tried to launch XMR-Stak-RX on this old but proven notebook with Intel Core 2 Duo T4400. Checked hash of the download, looks valid. Still, I don't seem to get any shares approved by pool, only info abot newly detected blocks:
Code:
[2020-01-16 10:27:41] : Your CPU doesn't support hardware AES. Don't expect high hashrates.

[2020-01-16 10:29:39] : Difficulty changed. Now: 120001.
[2020-01-16 10:29:39] : Pool logged in.
[2020-01-16 10:31:07] : New block detected.
[2020-01-16 10:31:10] : New block detected.
[2020-01-16 10:32:14] : New block detected.
[2020-01-16 10:33:01] : New block detected.

HASHRATE REPORT - CPU

Totals (CPU):   104.1  104.1    0.0 H/s

What kind of CPU should I get to obtain at least 3000 Hash/s? Will Core i5-8400 do this job?

Anyone who has more experience with Monero, please, leave your comment.
