Ah I did the same thing!! I sent my bitcoin to poloniex USDT account. Is it really solved this problem??

I opened a support ticket in poloniex support center #726534 I sam so sad now. Poloniex deposit page is really open to mix the coins. I hope they solve my problem and they make their deposit page better.

I saw that some friends solved their problems and recovered their funds. How many days took this process. What did you write in support letter.

I have same problem i just send USDT from Poloniex to BTC Paxful wallet, and poloniex support, say that they cannot help, here is what they answer:

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out!

We can see that your USDT withdrawal has completed. You can verify this information by using this block explorer link:
https://www.omniexplorer.info/tx/a578335f644d8e3875f5af78966f139c8f032d605987b97a5672e7711a1beeb2

If you do not see this transaction appear in the wallet you sent to, please contact the receiving wallet's support team and provide the above link as proof of the transaction so they can locate the funds on their site.

Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it means the funds are out of Poloniex's control. Neither a refund nor an address correction is possible. This behavior is by design and executed by the network itself (not Poloniex) to ensure proper security for all parties involved. Always use caution while sending as some scenarios may result in the total loss of your funds.

If you have any other questions about this, please feel free to respond to this message and we will be happy to help.

If anybody knows can we just do something or it is already all
