I see 2 new complaints, the others have already been answered by support. Same situation every time - Brand New account. Could any of these users show that before creating an account on Bitcointalk, they sent an email to the support? Because in my opinion not, it looks like an action against 1xbit organized on Bitcointalk and it is not about solving the problem at all. Hi Dypper, Your account was frozen at the moment, which means one of these scenario to happen: 1) There are no violations committed, defense system freeze an account due to suspicious activities. After a manual investigation the account will be restored along with the funds. 2) There is a violation committed, account still frozen and awaits for an investigation. Once violation spotted, necessary measures listed in ToS will be taken. Both support and marketing teams don't have access to the investigation details and don't see violations committed. Hello, Duplication is prohibited only in order to circumvent the ToS. Having multiple accounts for a fair game is not punished. Account №273497875 has been suspended. Odds on all your accounts were recalculated 1:1, and the final balance is equaled 0 or negative. Which means the player have already withdrawn all of his deposits. What happened:
I have an issue with the 1xbit.com website. My account had a balance of over 190 mBTC (or 0.190 BTC) when I noticed it went to zero. I contacted support via chat and they told me not to worry that they were facing technical issues and they would fix the issues in my account right after that: https://imgur.com/Fp2iGQyAfter that I requested my account to be blocked until my funds be restored. I only got a message from Security department stating this: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). Your account is not closed and don't have any restrictions. Bets on the mentioned game were refunded because the result of the game was already known, and there were no other game with the same players on this or the next day. Your bets were placed on 19 September evening, while the game started on 18 September night. ~

There you find an affirmation saying Odds in all my accounts were recalculated. I'm asking where are my funds, because I already proved I didn't got my deposit sum providing my btc wallet.
You confirmed the violation of the ToS in this exact message. Bets were recalculated, but if the bet was lost - it can't bring a positive balance in the end. We do not restore lost bets just because they didn't win. I showed proofs of chat with your support and deposits made. You also prove that you can't even answer my questions. My account was opened due to your business 1xbit, otherwise I wouldn't find this forum perhaps  The answer was provided multiple times to your multiple and controversial requests made in past months - your bets were lost, your account didn't have any balance at the moment of closure, there is nothing to refund. You got hit a goal difference, but 0 in a prediction means that you don't believe in a chance of this team to hit even 1 goal. But there was a lot of discussions who would win, and such defeat is a surprise for many, which makes 1:2 closer than 0:3. 2-3
